Bob mate,
A little bird or should I say a bloody big rooster let me know that you were having a Birthday.^&grin^&grin You have a great Birthday cobber and make sure young Trudi looks after you. Son Paul (the big rooster) also told me that come January you are becoming a grandfather again. He was coming to our K&C Dinner this Saturday but forgot he had his young son's birthday.
Said he would drop in during the day and tell Andy some lies about you.
Look forward to catching up with you and Trudi next January when you revisit the Land of OZ.
Cheers Howard:salute::

PS I have put away a couple of special bottles of Red for the occasion.

Guys many thanks for your kind birthday wishes and believe me I had a cracking birthday "week-end". We decided to take the "new" car which we purchased earlier this year on its first "long" run which worked out at about 900 miles round trip (I know, I know ^&grin to you froggers in the US & Oz that's just down the road but for us Brits on our pathetic overcrowded country roads that's quite a drive)

We headed back to our old stomping grounds in Rochester, Kent taking our daughter with us on what turned out to be quite a nostalgic trip and a blast from our past.
Couple of pictures of the towering Norman castle at Rochester and where King John laid siege to trounce a few barons who wouldn't bow to his throne.

Thanks Howard and the very best to you and Jen. You take care and enjoy the K&C dinner-tell Andy I'll try and stop-over in Hong Kong for a couple of days and catch up with him. And most definitely look forward cobber to dining and wining (don't you dare drink those special Reds until I get to Donnybrook)with you next January.

Bob

Belated Birthday Bob but somehow I envisioned you driving something like the General Lee ^&grin
