Heco Tinplate Models (1 Viewer)

This is a must see.....a toy soldier sized toilet....maybe the water closet works.:D;)

Raymond:)

I almost fell over when I looked inside and saw the tiny toilet. I will try to take a photograph of it with the little door (which is hinged and opens and closes) open.:D

I just sent Brad about 15 photos of my new Heco acquisitions, with a polite request that he post them on this thread.:smile2: There is even a closeup of the outhouse with the door open, so you can see the tiny toilet.:D

Whatever you do = make sure that the little seat on top is DOWN!

La Commandante insisit that it MUST be so.......................johnnybach^&grin^&confuse^&confuse

Why? Who knows?

Great lot of photos of the collection, Louis. Had a great time spotting all the WW1 aircraft. Really like the Fokker Eindecker and the Vickers Gunbus is a real beauty, perhaps my favorite in your collection. Also spotted a Fokker D-8, Nieuport (Bishop's?), Se-5's, Pfalz D-3, and a beautiful silver Albatros with a red tail. Saw several two-seaters amongst all the fighter aircraft, as well. The Gladiator is quite a neat looking craft. The fire truck is a favorite. The collection just keeps growing by leaps and bounds. You ned a Zeppelin to round it out.:wink2: -- Al

Thanks Brad!:smile2: I'll treat you to lunch after the Hackensack Show as a thank you for all the photos you post for me!:wink2:

Thanks but not necessary especially as you treated me a couple of weeks ago. Of course, if you want to give me one of your Warbirds, I could hardly say no :D

I have a Tinplate WWI German Zeppelin Al. I am not sure if it is Heco or not but it sure looks like Heco. There are some photos of it on this thread. Take a look and let me know what you think.:wink2:

Doh! Don't know how I missed or forgot that. Any idea what general post #? This thread has a LOT of posts.:p -- Al

I just purchased one of my "holy grail" Heco items: a WWI Whippet Tank with commander! ^&cool^&cool^&cool^&cool Photos to follow upon receipt . . . :wink2:

Post 289, page 29.
Thanks for that. Louis. I do remember seeing it. I quite like it. With the one engine, it must represent an early model of Zepp, maybe with the Count himself hooking a ride. Now you need to hang an SE-5 in the process of attacking it.:tongue: -- Al

Its hung in my son Alec's room with a Heco Bleriot Monoplane attacking it.:wink2: He also has a Heco DR1 Triplane hanging in his room.:smile2:

Thanks for the pictures, Louis and Brad.

That is the first toy soldier loo that I have seen.

Good thing there was no figure inside when you opened the door.^&grin:p

Raymond:)

Raymond,

I have a seated Heco Tank Commander figure (which has its arm up), that I can sit on the loo - and with its arm up, it would look like it is reaching for toilet paper . . . {eek3}

Louis,

That's hilarious.....you actually tried to sit a figure in the loo.{sm4}

I better not ask for picture of this one and push my luck.:D

Happy Halloween.....hope the weather improves.

Raymond:)

I just picked up a Heco R.A.M.C. field hospital set up, consisting of a flying ambulance with pilot, a motor ambulance, a stretcher team with wounded patient, a medical tent, a patient in a camp bed, a stove, cook sergeant (master gyppo) and table laden with food for the patients. ^&cool^&cool I have photos of this, and the Whippet tank, but considering poor Brad is without power, they will have to wait.:redface2:
