The figure you're referring to is a JJD figure. John made it as a part of his Collector's Club back when he offered a "club" option. This figure represents Gage's Light Infantry during the FIW.

The rocks are a combination of things. Some are regular "garden" rocks that I borrowed from my wife's garden.
