K&c Armor: Wrong Scale? (2 Viewers)

Right you chaps have proven your point. So what now? I think we should all return our tanks to Andy or pehaps throw them out. I mean get real. If you don't like them don't buy them. I find all this a little bit tedious to say the least. If it wasn't for K and C we would probably all still be assembling and painting Tamiya kits or building things from scratch. To be honest I cannot see much of a difference in all these photos. Obviously there has been an ongoing improvement in products sicne the first polystone tank came out in 1997 or thereabouts. That is why the latest model Ferrari has more features than one built in the 1950's. It doesn't mean the older one is not still a highly sought after collectors item.

Just because I acknowledge a design flaw doesn't mean I'm going to trash the ferrari. But if this isn't the place to mention a toy soldier related problem, I surely don't know where else would be. Andy, I'm sure, knows he's dealing with intelligent consumers - hence the reason he is now going to the correct scale in the face of his competition.

Err.. got to confess I'm not sure if anything was proved. The tanks may or may not be the same size and if they are, they may be 1/28, 1/30 or 1/32.

Still, we got to look at pretty pictures, so the 84 or so posts weren't a complete waste :)

BTW, I'm keeping mine and Redhugh, would you be offended if I declined your kind offer to remodel my tanks?

I'll be very gentle with it , would be returned in near mint condition:D

Cool, you can't beat those masonry bits for use on polystone, especially with a hammer drill - "take that you wrong scaled thing" :D

I do not care about the topic I just wanna keep seeing photo's of every one's tanks. Please keep them coming.

Yep me too i just love K&C vehicles.I must be one of the few guys here that doesn't really get too worried about height differences etc.I guess this maybe because i display my figures and Tanks in different cabinets in my office.I only have four non K&C vehicles in my collection. They are the NMA's Lynx,Schimmwagen and Winter Sturmtiger and HB's Winter Panther. These also all go very well together with K&C imo.For me i suppose it would have to be a vast difference in scale to make it a problem.:)
