K&C in 2012 (2 Viewers)

I wonder if the stuka gossip will be changed even more than it was when andy spoke about his thoughts after the get together!!! Now JJD has a Stuka made from polystone and other materials so, why do it in Metal???

I will await what they announce and release!!! I would hope for a Sturmtiger and some nebelwerfers. Would like to see more brits from the MG range!!!

Brit 17ILB and or, a 25ILB for the desert and normandy would be nice
Mitch

Andy holds the cards as far as a K&C Stuka go. We should all know the answers soon.... ^&confuse

I would like a winter Marder III, whitewashed King Tiger, winter Jagdpanther and a winter Fock Wulf!

Well gents, I got a reply back from Andy this morning concerning the Stuka , He still has interest in doing this aircraft.
His main concern is due to the size and design of the wing structure he does not want us as the collector to buy the plane and have damage or reliability issues with it. Especially during shipping.So to try not to throw all Of the info out on the street let's just say......good things come to those who wait. :wink2:

That good news.

Another valid point to mention. Figarti announced that they would show a prototype of their Stuka at the London show
However it failed to show itself. A delay due to initial production issues ^&confuse I would bet by this time next year several Stukas will be up for grabs. ^&grin

JJD did not have a problem getting a stuka to the show mate and if we can put a man on the moon I don't think building a stuka going to be:rolleyes2: that hard do you

I have to ask. What is wrong with metal construction? Are the figurines made of the same? I have seen some excellent 1/30-32 A/C in metal that out do in detail what I have seen in PS. Would historical accuracy with linen & dope be a better medium? When, a Stuka is built, would the buyer not be concerned about stability during shipment and handling?
In the interest of learning more on PS durability, could someone explain their impressions on the P-38, UHU & 110 that’s been built? It would be interesting to know if there is a support rod placed in the tail boom. On the tail heavy A/C, how has the manufacturer made it a nose sitter? Lead shot? No matter the manufacturer, why is it there must be abject naysayers on an item? Even when the item may be requested by a select few? It would benefit the forum with a mostly united front as well as benefiting the manufacturer. Of course discussions should entail about who, what, when, where and why. Andy what about a B-25 variant? A Betty?

I think as far as K&C collectors go we are all anxious to see what surfaces from all of the previous bits of info that was made available. Hats off to Andy of K&C for taking the time to reply to individual collector questions. {bravo}}
