The dead animal thing is a mystery to me as are the poor sale of casualty/wounded figures.
I'm not into the bubblegum, rainbow take on war, however totally understand why manufactures are reluctant to produce such figures if they're poor sellers.
I prefer the realism and think they add true grit to a diorama.
