Just received these today.

I have the Buena Vista box and looked through the Trophy section but couldn't find the Flagbearer nor the particular poses of the Mexicans. I'm wondering if the Flagbearer was made post Len Taylor because the painting of the eyes seemed similar to the Citadel figure that was posted a couple of months ago. In addition, the Flagbearer's pants are painted in matte.

This set features a slightly different 11th (Prince Albert's Own) Hussar to the one I already have....another reason to get this set....... plus you can never have TOOOO many Russian guns^&grin

The difference in my sets is the 11th (Prince Albert's Own) Hussar figure, here are two from two different sets, check yours, you may be pleasantly surprised also :wink2: Things to check..... Head position.... Arm position...... different horse

Unfortunately, my only Alamo set and wish I could find more.
 
Just picked this up - Not sure if it is complete. I think I like the box almost as much as the figures.
