Al,

I may be wrong, but my first impression of the Princess Diana & Prince Charles coach is that it is by Marlborough.

The oxen ambulance does have the early Trophy touch.

Raymond.:)

Hi Al

I afraid you have me stumped, I can't find any reference to the Indian Army ambulance, that does not mean it is not Trophy but that it is a very early set and produced before my catalogues begin. I don't have any info on ceremonial sets at all, sorry

Cheers

Martyn

Raymond, Scott and Martyn,
Thank you for your comments. The Oxen Ambulance was confirmed to be a Trophy and it it was sold Under Two Flags in early Trophy days. Coronation coach has a Marlborough look, the horses and a carriage in particular but the figures are different. Both pieces are from a collection of one of the first Trophy dealers in the US.
I e-mailed Len the pictures but have not heard from him yet.
Al

The coach from the wedding set is certainly a dead ringer for the William Britains Landau set from the 50's.

Len has a few different pieces which have a Britains look to them.

Hi Al

That explains it, unfortunately I have no record of Trophy/Under two flags sets.

Cheers

Hey Guys,
I do not have many new additions to brag about, but here is one of them: HS5 Young Winston mint in original box! This was not an Ebay find but rather from "secret" location in rural Arkansas!!;) Any input on if this set is harder to find them some of the Sudan stuff? I have some other new Trophy sets I will be posting soon (also from rural Arkansas). It is always very exciting to find it the old fashion way!
