Boy, you guys that got replacements for your damaged Long Toms and other items thank your lucky stars. After lots of promises not a word. Bought my last thing from this company, and for the rest of you let the "buyer beware" Larry.

has to be an oversight b/c Rick always takes care of problems, PM Rick directly here and let him know your issue, he will fix it.

Already did, promises, promises,promises. As you can see from the other posts there are paint problems. Makes the models look terrible, terrible, terrible at best. These are expensive, and in this market who needs problems. I have contacted my military friends about this paint problem, as we do not have a lot of extra funds to throw away. Larry.

I received a replacement due to the same issue, which was limited to this set and maybe a few others, but this is the one that happened to me. I have never known them not to fix this issue, like I said I know you are frustrated, but it has to be an oversight.

Thanks Tom. Like I said thank your lucky stars. Rick contacted me, said he would have someone follow-up, then nothing. There is no excuse for faulty paint jobs on models at this price. They are expensive, and some research should have been done before offering them up for sale. Reading the other posts several items seem to have the same problem. Know you are from my great neighbor state, and we like you, but we also like tested products here in VA. Highest Regards, Larry.

Absolutely no excuse, I don't know why Peter did not follow up, I am currently on the road, will be back in Shanghai in couple of days. I just called Peter and HE WILL follow up immediately and we will make things right. Apologies are late now but when I promise something, it will get done.

I was contacted by Rick after he read my not so nice post on this subject. Was told that someone would contact me about repairs to my Long Tom & Panzer IV (because they are sold out and there are no replacements). Several weeks went by no contact. Then after sending another email trying to find out who was suppose to contact me I finally hear from someone. I was send a UPS shipping label. Of course I had to supply the shipping materials. That was a few months ago still haven't heard anything.

I'm still not happy that my earlier emails were never answered, and was only contacted because of my ranting posts on this board. I really don't have any expectations of ever seeing either one of my models again. I don't like getting screwed for this amount of money. If I handled customer service like this on my site, I would have been out of business 10 years ago. If any one form Figarti reads this you have my address, and can make my check Payable to "Paul McGrath". Please send a CERTIFIED check because I really don't have any faith in a personal check.

I do respond to complaints when I see it on the forum but I do it genuinely and not simply lip servicing to simply put the fire out as you have suggested. If we did not serve you well it must be for some reasons which we need and will look into. I am sincerely sorry for any inconveniences caused and have already called long distance back to Shanghai to find out more. We are using a logistics company in Chicago to help with customer service and we are looking into possible delays because of that. We truly stand by our products and take your business like everyone else's seriously. Much apologies and will follow up with you.

It appears you've been wronged and this seems to be a continuing saga with your situation. That shouldn’t have happen.

You will let us know how the final chapter turns out won’t you? I think many of us would like to known if Rick and Figarti makes good on his promise as he has done in the past with me and others.

Paul, I just heard from Rick and then Peter. They said that they were sorry for the delay and would make good on a replacement item. I believe that both of them were sincere and are honorable people who will definitely stand by their company and products. Like you, I will keep this forum closely posted on the progress. I received a voice mail as well. My issue is the only time I get any response from Figarti is after having to post my problems in here. Do I like continually posting about this ongoing issue, no. This should have been handled privately. Bottom line talk is cheap lets see some action ! Figarti has a US rep. So why am I jumping through hoops to get this resolved ? I should have been send new items or if they were no longer available send a refund. Especially when they are aware that this was a manufacturing problem. It's as simple as that. Maybe we need a "Lemon Law" for toy soldiers.
 
Fair play to Figarti I sent them a email last night & today they sent me one back saying there willing to help , how that for service :smile2:
 
Would possibly IMO have been better had they sorted out the issues before dispatch. We have spoken about these issues especially, paintwork and they are still ongoing. For the money I would expect nothing less but, glad you are getting it sorted than repairing yourself
