Maison Militaire (2 Viewers)

Forgive me if I am covering old ground. I am new the forum but have been trying to read up on all of this Maison Militaire stuff. Can anyone tell me if Maison Militaire has, or is making new, Trophy figures for sale as of now March 2010?
Thanks,
Sam

Hey guys just looking to clarify this all up!:D

Does anyone know what is happening with Maison Militaire?:)

"The rest is silence." William Shakespeare :(

Sorry for my negativity... but I do not think that we are going to see any "mass production" soon, if ever...

I know that molds are in good hands... they been there for the last 4 years almost...
but restarting even one or two Trophy lines : is full time project for more then one person...if we are talking about extended ranges that means even more work to do....

Please do not forget that other companies: like LL, SOW, Regal (which TS are quite similar to Trophy's ) are not just sitting around and waiting...they are extending and improving their TS ranges all the time...

In a year or two "restarting" of Trophy production just will not be financially feasible....

And thus the native hue of resolution
Is sicklied o'er with the pale cast of thought,
And enterprises of great pitch and moment
With this regard their currents turn awry,
And lose the name of action.... William Shakespeare

IMHO.

What ?

Martin

Martin,
I meant this as this thread is boring and not newsworthy, just more of the same, no new information. It is not a smart aleck opinion in the least, I meant it as more fact.

In other words......yawn.......nothing new.

This reminds me of the "Is Conte Still in Business Thread" from a while ago.
It is pointless to argue about this issue.
It was up to RC to prove his detractors wrong.
He did thankfully.
Now it is up to MM to deliver.
So far there has been a resounding silence.
Hopefully we will see something soon.
It has been four years though.

We have been extremly busy over the last four years, what with building the showroom and our own Heritage range. We also have to supply customers of other ranges. As to the Trophy range there are hundreds of moulds to try out, any that are finished have to be replaced. Not to mention the masters, the drop moulds etc.

I did think you were refering to the Evzone question sorry.

Dear Friends,

I am a regural customer of Maison Militaire for the last ten years. You can be sure that Ken is a perfectionist and everything he's doing is welldone. He made for me a Trophy WW I bus, painted matt and weatherd and the result is a masterpiece. He also made a platoon of WW I British Infantry painted matt and the figures are great. Trophy figures have excellent detail, which allows excellent results when painted matt. I understand you about glossy figs. I have many too. But times are a' changing. Merry Christmas to all of you. Martin I am expecting news for the Evzon!!

Here is the bus I received. I was expecting Len's dark green glossy but I really like the set. More views in my album nine.

Martyn: Thank you. I received it about six months after Len sold his molds. It has been on a bottom shelf which I have not photographed fully yet.
