That is why your damaged one will be the Deluxe Jigsaw version with 999 pieces (note not as received from K&C but specially "converted" - and now that I am being creative it with be neon green just to make sure Rob's fleet of Spitfires can find it).

PS Talking of Rob I note no World Cup Cricket thread. Surely the Irish should be immortalised on the forum ?

Yes they played well and deserved victory, but hopefully we are back on track now. Wayne's 2010/11 Ashes victory trophy has arrived at HQ and I will be picking it up in London and then will post a pic after show. You remember the Ashes guys....now who won that again????^&grin:wink2:

Hi uksubs

My original Flak '41 had a broken base. I returned it and Brett replaced without question. Because he thinks so highly of me and worships the ground I walk on (or is that my credit card he worships) ^&cool he eventually gave me a broken Flak '41 for free. That is the one I repainted in AK colours and posted some photos on a previous thread.

Aside from the broken soldier, there was another less obvious issue with the free Flak '41 - the gun barrel is very loose and droops to the left side - I presume damaged while in transit. I have not fixed this yet. It's not an issue if you don't touch the gun.
 
Quick up date - been told K&C will get in touch to fix the problem direct :wink2:
 
This is becoming quite a saga for you. Hopefully, it will be sorted soon

Well great news just got a email from K&C saying there will be a replacement coming in the post ! how that for service :wink2::salute::

Great service mate i never doubted K+C wouldn't look after you,there not #1 for no reason.What happens to the Andy thumb printed one ???

I don't want to count my chickens mate just yet but there is a plan ^&grin
 
If it goes back to K&C they could easily repaint the affected parts. UKSubs could even get the same one back ^&grin

Well been told today the replacement Me 262 in the post & would like to tank K&C for there great customer care :salute:: as for the other one look like a repaint on the cards with a new open canopy + no bombs
 
Lucky man!! now, it opens up al the possibilities for making a new fighter variant
