N.F.L. Season 2018-19 (2 Viewers)

I thought there was a possibility that SF could dominate if their defense was healthy and it obviously is. They have a serious shot of going to the SB.

Wow, way to go out on a limb.

Let me guess; there is a serious shot tomorrow the sun will come up and it's Sunday.

Any other bold predictions Nostradamus?

49ers do look great...
Titans may not be a fluke...
9-7 regular season and on a roll now...
Henry is a beast...

If the AFC title game is Titans at Texans, will that be played in London, or will they flex it to Thursday night?

Asking for a friend.

Helll of a game so far tonight by Lamar Kershaw.

Two pics, one fumble.............0-2 on fourth down conversions.

But other than that...……………...

both those 0-2 on fourth are basically turnovers...
what was taken for granted all year with them...
seems to be a fluke...
Ravens - 11 1/2...
blew that line out of the water...

Mexico City...I'm pretty sure...

Can you imagine.......................The Chefs went from the #3 seed to #2 to avoiding the Patriots to hosting the AFCCG if they win tomorrow.

They are 26th in the league vs the run, so expect heavy doses of Derrick Henry....................

like them or not...
you gotta respect the Titans right now...
it's all clicking for them...
they are healthy and on a roll...

Tannehill last night...only 7-14 for 88 yards...nothing big...but he is managing the game with no turnovers...
Henry in heavy doses is running absolutely wild behind that O-line which is dominating...
last night 30 carries for 195 yards...
last week 34 carries for 182 yards...
the defense is suddenly a shut down defense...

they are jelling right now...
peaking at the right time...

9-7 regular season...
anything can happen...
ask Eli...

Yup, I've said it a million times; football is the one sport where you get hot for two or three games and bingo, some ginger haired nitwit hands you a trophy.

9-7, #6 seed and they're in the AFCCG.

The national media is apoplectic that the heir apparent to Brady and the Patriots got their ***** handed to them last night...……………….that was a massive egg laying by the Ravens.

And Harbaugh despite those horn rimmed glasses still looks like an idiot.

And home field/ice/court means nothing too by the way, just ask the Chiefs, Astros, Bruins and Warriors, all of whom lost to teams when they had them at home.

But hey, think of how competitive the pro bowl will be now with 12 Ravens playing in it.

Great move Harbaugh resting your team in week 17, giving them three weeks off...............the bye giveth, the bye taketh away.

I'm sure the NFL is salivating at the prospect of a Titans/whoever Super Bowl.

I'm still holding out hope for a Packers/Chiefs rematch of Super Bowl I in the 100th year of the NFL, that would be awesome.

I can see the NFL execs all headed for the roof at the prospect of a SB with Seattle v Tenn or Houston. One can only hope that GB or SF win through with KC in the AFC. -- Al

Harbaugh has to be having nightmares. The Ravens ran 88 plays to the Titans 52, and the Ravens outgained the Titans 530 yards to 300 and they still managed to lose by 16 while only scoring 12 points. Crash and burn. Too many turn-overs, dropped passes, stupid penalties, and dumb 4th down decisions all equal a team not ready to play and seriously underestimating their opponent. Another off-season of angst in B-town. -- Al

Harbaugh is going to petition the league to outlaw the jump pass and also running between the tackles.

And on that trick play, Mariotta was WIDE OPEN as well, just like Folsie was on the "PHILLY SPECIAL!!!!" TD in the Super Bowl vs the Patriots.

Titans are looking like the 2000 Ravens, but Tannehill has a better arm than Dilfer. Henry is a pain to deal with. That said, I believe the Ravens issues are simple, they had a long break as they didn't play against the Steelers, they are/were sitting at the top of the hill, result - they played too tight like too afraid to lose and they got whacked. Also, they could not recover from the turnovers and usually gimme plays got stuffed. Any Given Sunday I guess is alive and well. Much as I hate to admit it not being a Ravens fan, I am not sure the best team won, the best team on the day won.

The Titans did a tremendous job for the most part in shutting down that Harry High School/RPO crap the Ravens run, plus they played with a lead basically all year long, when they got down by two TD's, they were toast, kicking field goals vs TD's is not going to get it done.

Their entire offense centered around Jackson's ability to run, he's like another back out there, not just a scrambling QB. They got stuffed twice on fourth and less than a yard, plus they lost the turnover battle 3-0, as Mike said they got stuffed twice on 4th down, so that's 2 more turnovers in effect.

Jackson was horrible last night, some of his passes were pathetic, wobbling ducks is more like it.

Ah gee, what a shame, the heir apparent to the Patriots in the Ravens are nevermore...………..Ray Lewis on the NFL pregame today with his 9,00 excuses is going to be gold.

14-2 and bounced by a 9-7 team, just like the Patriots in 2010 lost to fatso and the Jets, who then got smoked by the Steelers in the AFCCG.

We'll see what the Titans do next week...…………….

Jackson constantly choked in college. He would put up video game numbers against lesser teams then play a big game and lose. A trend that is continuing now. The injury to Ingram was huge. It forced Jackson to win the game with his arm. That lead to turnovers which allowed Henry to grind out the game. Henry reminds me of Earl Campbell. A beast. When he was talking to Ingram after the game, it looked like the Hulk and Pee Wee Herman standing together. He is a mountain. I wonder what the odds are of the Saints, Pats, and Ravens all losing at home?

Yeah, I knew when Ingram popped his calf muscle/strained it/tore it he was toast, same thing basically happened to Durant and he blew out his leg by pushing it, Ingram was a total non factor.

Getting down 14-0 really did them in, they got punched in the mouth and had no answers.

When they got stuffed on that first 4th and 1 play, I told my friend "They should go for the home run ball here" and Tannehill threw that bomb into the end zone, that essentially was ballgame, the Titans just sat in zone and took away the edges of the field and contained Jackson with a spy, not sure why more teams did not do that, maybe not the right personnel.

The Titans are channeling their inner 2011 Giants/2012 Ravens/2017 Eagles...……..get hot, get favorable playoff match ups and waltz to a Super Bowl...………………..
