Wow... the message is being driven home loud and clear :D

Private, 7th or Queens Own Light Dragoons (Hussars) by J C Stadler after Charles Hamilton Smith

Uniform worn is dated to 1812.

Here are some British light dragoons in the Peninsula. This is similar to the type of cavalry versus cavalry scenes I would love to do.

I don't think it has and it is a fine addition. I happen to have a larger version so enjoy the fine detail, something FL could do well no doubt.

Kinda goes without saying, that we would buy it! I am getting antsy for the next offering in Napoloenics!
Yes probably but they would need to "clean up" the pose of the horse; they don't spread their hind their legs like that in that position really.;)

Indeed, I thought the hind legs are a wee bit over the top... chalk it down to French Romanticism. The painting did arouse a tempest of contradictory opinion during its time ;)

:)++++++++++++++++:)

The next two photos are for Gebhard ..;)

Still beautiful images of riders to continue the thread of this treath ....:D
If our manufacturers "preferred" look at all these images of inspiration, a lifetime will not suffice to create and satisfy the specific demands of collectors FL ......!!!!
Sorry for my English, it is google translator "the job "!!!!;)

A few more images to share for you Gebhard ......;)

Here is a great Ayeryanov from Borodino for you Russian collectors. I love the combat action in this one and you are on the way to putting this together with what you have now.;)
