I like these last 2 paintings you've posted Gebhard. And as for this last one, I personally would not change a thing about the potential figures. I really like the cheering guys lined up like this. I've already been sorely tempted by some of the current Prussian offerings as it is (have put them in and taken them out of my shopping cart more than once actually :rolleyes2. I suspect you will at least see the Landwehr in time.

I like these last 2 paintings you've posted Gebhard. And as for this last one, I personally would not change a thing about the potential figures. I really like the cheering guys lined up like this....

MD, I would totally agree on the poses in this painting. I think that it would make a great release, a well-know leader being cheered by the troops. That would be a cool addition to a dioramas that already feature troops in fighting poses.

I believe it to be Carl Röchling a Saarbrücker :wink2: here are two of his paintings that I would love to see brought to life buy First Legion who are IMO creating the best Napoleonic figures on the market today and I think they could do a GREAT job .. Regards Gebhard

Thanks my friend. This artist has a certain unique look to his pieces, but I don't know enough about art to try and describe it. Still, I like his work. And I agree on the best Napoleonic figures as well.^&grin
