Although I like german stuff it will be a nice departure for TG to go 'Allied' as in a short space of time he has done a load of german stuff.

If we are indeed getting some Brit Paras in September shouldn't be too long before we see pics, how about it Tom?
Rob
There hasn't been a change to the workshop pictures for a bit, maybe we will get a preview there!!
In a new spirit of forum cooperation and consideration I would like to apologise to Wayne for my part in drifting his thread towards British paras.

'Bout a month - too much of a good thing and all that. Still got a few goodies to come out before then (all German) but these British guys will be dropping in around September to reinforce the other K&C Para boys taking a beating at Arnhem!

Wayne, sorry, just want to get a quick one in on the Brit Paras.
Would like to see a Para or two armed with the Patchett SMG, the predecessor to the Sterling. There were apparently 100 or so issued out for trial / evaluation purposes, and so far the only figures I'm aware that have reflected this are a couple of the Figarti 1/32 Paras.
Go on Tom, you know it makes sense.
Thing is that with the paras you can use them any where they fought so, Arnhem may be a play on the generic term and could still be Merville or Pegasus. Either way they will fill a void for many collectors who are awaiting the 2011 batch from K&C (or at least thats what I think was said about these sets and release dates)
