As promised our 2nd Annual monthly contest for free prizes begins now. We have four new product(s) set types to be released in July. The contest winner will name one of the product sets. It could be from any genre that we CURRENTLY manufacture.

Here's the drill, I will provide an opening clue(s) and every so often I will add to those clues so that players may piece togethor the correct answer. The person with the first correct answer is the winner.

There are however a few rules for anyone that would like to play. Firstly one must be registered at he Collectors Showcase prior to winning. Simply fill out the newsletter info dialogue box on our site ( www.thecollectorsshowcase.com ) and your in ( if you've already registered no need to register again ). You may only provide one attempt at an answer in a 24 hour period.

And finally the prize: You may choose ANY one set we have in stock. That's right the prize is of your choosing not ours. It could be an AFV or an infantry/cavalry set. You decide.


The opening clue is:

" Macedonian and Romans used weapons whose evolution.... "

The clues are meant to provide pieces to the larger answer: the set that is, being issued. For example: Jagdtiger or French Guard Infantry Attacking, something like that. So each clue is but an element of the greater picture. As the clues grow so should a contestants idea of the set, until we have a winner!

All answers must be public not private messages.


The opening clue was:

" It was in this war that for the very first time entire nations were mobilized for war "

Remember players only one answer attempt may be made per day.

As soon as the correct answer is made the product image will appear on the forum and the winner declared. You MUST be registered for our newsletter before your answer! Go to www.thecollectorsshowcase.com , if you are already registered no need to register again.

Not to be an a&*(ole, but when does one day become the next? I spent mine on a shtup answer and wonder , can I post at 0000hrs., or 24hrs after my last post? Thanks in advance...btw RA7pdr came out great.

Hey all, Brian said the new sets are from lines they currently maufacture. WW1 ain't it. -- lancer
 
I think a King Tiger is in the future, ultimate evolution of the German Tank!

It is Napoleonic based on clue two.
Perhaps a British square as that evolved from the old phalanx
