NFL 2015 Season (2 Viewers)

Shock o' shocks. The Redskins have won a game on the road, 24-21, in Chicago. First road win this year and breaks a streak of 10 road losses in a row, AND it means the Redskins continue to stay in 1st place another week. What a powerhouse. -- Al

Disappointing loss by the Bears. Second week in a row Robbie Gould has cost them a game

I heard he broke it...but not sure if it was his throwing hand???

It's his throwing hand; the Bungles are in fine shape with AJMcINT in charge..................at least they'll show his smokeshow wife in the stands at his games for the next few weeks..................If the Patriots win tonight, they're the #2 seed.

If they win next week and Pittsburg beats the Donkos, they're back to the #1 seed.

And man, what a beautiful toss sweep just run by Dallas, looks like first and goal now after a completion down to the two.

yea...with Cassell throwing an INT in the end zone...it turned out real nice...honestly...it may fall on Dez...I would have to see it again...

I think the Pats offensive line will get chewed up tonight. The Times suggested that the Pats do Brady a favor and give him the night off.

Denver is totally manhandling Oakland. Score is only 12-0 Denver, at the half, but Denver has run 45 plays to Oakland's 13, and has outgained Oakland 224 to -12 (that's NEGATIVE 12 yards), with a 17-1 edge in 1st downs. Total shutdown. -- Al

Cassell is soooooooooo embarrassing...

he throws more 6-8 yard passes in the dirt than any QB I have ever seen...

I have turned the tv off twice already...only to come back for more pain...

last week they blitzed...and it was really effective...

no blitzes today...

I don't know what they are waiting on...

let them blitz a little...throw a pass more than 10 yards...it's so sad to be a Cowboy's fan...

this has been the worst season ever...

a total nightmare...

the season is lost...lets open things up a little...

I hope none of you have to go through a season like this...

this might be an all time low of any QB in the history of the NFL...

1st half stats for Cassell...

7-13 for 52 yards...

52 yards!

one pass...their longest...was for 10 yards...

QB rating of 31.6...

Another one of those day/night games. Oakland turned the tables on Denver, getting more plays, more first downs, more yards, and most importantly, shut out Denver in the 2nd half to win 15-12. Go figure. -- Al

Thanks Raiders and Steelers; if the Steelers knock of the Donkos next week and the Donkos beat the Bungles in two weeks, that would give the Patriots a two game lead for the #1 seed, making that game against the Jets basically meaningless.

I'd hate to have the #1 seed come down to beating Bowles and Spinach Chin in New York, the Jets are playing good ball right now.

We'll see; funny how things change in the NFL, Patriots went from the #3 seed to the #1 seed in one day......................................

Jets and Steelers have one tough game left in their schedules, Steelers against Broncos and Jets against Pats. Last game of season for Jets is against Bills. You know Rex will be doing anything to deny Jets a playoff berth.

On of these two teams could have 10 wins and not make the playoffs.

We'll see what Ostelburgermyster does vs the Steelers.

In Pittsburg.

Rex can want to do anything vs the Jets to deny them the playoffs, but his team stinks, 15 more penalties yesterday, their QB is awful, they aren't beating the Jets.................

I saw only two plays from yesterday. Coincidentally, both pass completions that were challenged. One in the Pats game and one in the Dallas-GB game. Both resulted in a delay to sort it out. In the Pats game, I think they said it was the second challenge and because both calls were overturned they got another challenge. LOL. That's when I realized global warming had resulted in a record 70 degree December day and there were better things to do than watch the refs sort out every call.

Yeah, replay delays are becoming very tiresome. Watched a game yesterday where a Td was scored and reviewed. The review overturned the call. All well and good, but the team that had the Td reversed came right back and scored on the very next play after the review, and guess what, the Td had to be reviewed again, because of rule. Well, the 2nd Td was A-OK but the delay involved in the back-to-back reviews was a tremendous drag on the flow of the game. The many flags and reviews are resulting, in my opinion, in a very much slowed down game. I tend to watch NFL Red Zone at this point, which has no commercials, and no flags. It jumps around all over the place to whatever game has current action, and you can't get into the flow of any particular game, but it keeps you informed and it is not boring. -- Al

Is it me or are there just too many rules in football. I was watching -- I believe it was the Pats game -- where somebody was too far to the right or whatever and they called them for illegal formation. To me baseball rules just seem more logical and a lot less of them. Maybe the problem is that I'm looking at it from that perspective.

I agree overall - I think the play you are talking abut revolved around a lineman who reported as eligible, but then lined up inside another lineman. They can be eligible receivers, but I believe they have to be at the end of the line... That is my understanding - don't place any bets based on it!

Whatever your sports loyalties or conncerns may be, take heart in that you are probably not a Falcons, Braves or Dawg fan. What a miserable bunch. :mad:^&confuse:confused::mad:{eek3}{eek3}
