NFL 2015 Season (1 Viewer)

Lambeau is a place I'd like to go for a game. When I think of other stadiums I could go to, nothing excites the imagination like going to Green Bay.

A couple of years ago, a fellow Jet fan told me he and a buddy went to a Packer game: they flew into Milwaukee, stayed overnight, drove to GB and had one heck of a time. I tried to convince my son to do it but couldn't get him to do it. May have to make the trip myself.

These inclement weather games are fun to watch on TV but must be miserable for the fans (or at least the sane ones). Hopefully the NFL doesn't allow anyone to drag along their children to these games. Anywhere else if you made children sit for hours in zero degree weather you would be arrested.

Jazz,

First of all, I can't believe you had the opportunity! Man, given the opportunity I would have went. Now whether it was in ZERO degree weather or not is another thing, but man to go to Lambeau field...wow!

John from Texas

John,

I didn't say I had the opportunity, something I'd like to do. I'm sure tickets wouldn't be hard to get.

Maybe next year.

Brad

Without getting into spreads, I like

Texas over KC - not sold on KC
Cincinnati over Pittsburgh - Steelers have no running game or cornerbacks. McCarron may be coming into his own

Minnesota over Seattle - if I pick Seattle, Julie may misdirect all my packages {eek3}
Washington over Green Bay - Packers are just not playing well; no Jordy and OL is just not good.

Everybody seems to like the visiting teams but I love home cookin'

Still a long way to go but the Chiefs are shutting out the Texans 20-0 in the 3rd quarter. I still can't tell if KC is that good or if Houston is that bad?

I'm leaning on the Texans not playing very good today, Chiefs getting ready to score again and it's beyond a yawner, hope 2nd game is better...Sammy

KC made Hoyer look really bad...

when your opponent's QB has...
76 passing yards late in the 3rd quarter...
3 INT's...
1 fumble...
and a QBR of 12.5...
that's a bad day for him...

not a yawner to me Sammy...

I'm really enjoying this game...^&grin

me too Sammy...

KC is my dark horse in the playoffs...

I think they can Denver a really good game...

poor Houston...
poor Hoyer...
wonder why they didn't give Weeden a shot...
he seemed to mesh with their offense...

so why was Reid fired from Philly?

he seemed like a pretty successful coach there...
a winner...

why did they part company?

I thought you said earlier in this thread you're pulling for your current hometown Cardinals? Now you're a Chiefs fan?

Just say you're a fan of all twelve playoff teams and when one of them actually wins it, you can bask in the glow of the win.....................:wink2:

McCarron looks putrid. Bengals defense are keeping Bengals in this game. Don't think Dalton needs to worry about his job.

I'm talking of the AFC George, as there is no way in Hell I'm pulling for any AFC North teams or the Broncos and you know as much as I love Brady and the Pats just can't pull for them either, so yea a Arizona vs. KC Superbowl is fine with me, not sure how many millions would tune in for that one but I would :)...Sammy

One wonders if Marvin Lewis will ever win a playoff game in Cinncy. This is the 7th time for him and they are 0-6, headed for 0-7. Maybe it's time to move on for him, and the team. :rolleyes2: -- Al

the tempers in this game are getting out of hand...the refs need to take control...Cincy fans are acting pretty unclassy...

Can you blame them after that helmet to helmet hit, with no penalty, and then, defying common sense, the refs give the ball to the Steelers?

Brad...

I'm glad you saw that the same way I did...

I never complain about bad calls...

but that one looked BAD to me...

I guess I don't understand the rules...

to me...it was either a defenseless player or a helmet to helmet...

still...

no reason for the fans to throw things at the players or "boo" Big Ben's injury...

I have but one question: does the Bengal's coach Marvin Lewis just not want to ever win a playoff game? With 1:23 seconds left, in easy field goal range, up one, why not just take a knee three times, make the Steelers use their 3 time outs, kick the field goal to go up 4, and give the Steelers back the ball with around a minute left, needing a touchdown. Instead, run the ball, fumble, and the Steelers drive down the field.

Oh, and now that idiot Berfect puts them in field goal range with a cheap shot. And Adam Jones joins the act. Now its a chip shot. If I were a Bengals fan, I would either shoot Berfect, or myself.
