NFL Season 2016-17 (3 Viewers)

Sammy...I'm with you...it's within the rules...he did nothing cheesy or illegal...couple of weeks ago Big Ben pulled a fake spike on the Cowboys and scored...it's legal and it worked...I have no problems what any coach does to win as long as it's legal...

Exactly Mike, when 2 teams take to field there is one goal that is to win within the boundaries of the rules giving by the NFL, be it a kick/pass or even a holding penalty to end the game, just as in the last meeting with the Pats winning 35-31 with the pass play, then there was also the deflate stink going on later, as I said then as I said now we got beat by not playing defense in the 2nd half, a wide receiver pass play or some bullshitt about a deflated ball didn't cost us that game but poor D did. no excuses made, and I certainly make none for beating the Bengals in that win a few weeks ago. but as Brad said some of us see things differently and I'll leave it at that as well.

Right Sammy; the talking heads out there raved about how brilliant it was.

The difference is Harbaugh whined about what the Patriots did.

Both were well within the rules.

George:

This is similar to what I mentioned in a previous post, if my team runs a pick play it is called a "rub" if the team going against my team does the same thing it should be called a "penalty".

GO DALLAS! and Broncos too.

John from Texas

PS: You have to listen to George sometimes.

Louis...

I just read that Jason Pierre-Paul is out for the season to repair a groin injury...

while I wish him a speedy recovery...

I'm glad we don't have to face him this Sunday...

I always thought he was the key to your pass rush and a force against the run...

so disruptive when he gets near a QB...

I know Vernon is your sack leader...and not saying NY is a cake walk without JPP...

but that is a huge loss...

Oh man, poor guy. I walked around for 3 months feeling like someone had shoved a sharp knife into the front of my hip when I tore mine as a senior in college. As the weather gets cold it really starts to act up. Sometimes it will knot up and I will have to do the Monty Python Ministry of Funny Walks to get the kink out. Have gotten more than a few strange looks.

Finally....A Thursday night game worth watching!!! Cold weather in KC tonight and I'm going with the Chiefs winning a very close one.

Sammy:

In the Bay Area you are either a 49ers fan or a Raiders fan. The majority of the time that means you despise one or the other as well. However, while I am a 49er fan (albeit one on hiatus as long as Kaepernick is still on the team) I am glad that the Raiders are doing well. I am also a Chiefs fan going back to the days when Montana finished out his career there. The bottom line is I think it will be a good game with long lasting playoff implications.

And speaking of prime time games, we get Mike's Cowboys vs. Louis' Giants on Sunday night and George's Patriots vs. your Ravens on Monday night. It only took 14 weeks but these games along with tonight's game should all be great. Better late than never.

Louie,

Your honor, the Giants are going to lose on Sunday.

Respectfully your humble squire,

John from Texas

PS: WHASSSUPP JASON!!!!!!!

yea good game...

probably watching the winner of the AFC West and a wild card from the same division...

gonna throw the ball around tonight...

20 degrees I heard...

Michael and John,

Not only are the Giants going to lose next Sunday, I doubt the Giants will win another game this season. The poor effort against the Steelers showed me this team is fatally flawed, and their schedule down the stretch is brutal.

I think you're wrong. I think they will win two of the remaining four, certainly at least one, which one or ones I couldn't say.

20 degrees at game time and the temperature keeps dropping, but the score keeps going up, 21-3 Chefs.

"The Autumn wind is a Raider" my ***.

Tyreek Hill is a game changer...a 4.24 40 at the combine...has Usian Bolt ever been timed in the 40?

Love those Raiders away shirts, white with silver and black letters, they look great; top five NFL uniforms for me are Packers, Raiders, Chargers with the powder blue throwbacks, Jets with the classic 60's uniform Parcells brought back when he was the coach and Steelers, five worst are Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, Titans, Ravens and Seattle.........................

George...

huge game for NE wasn't it...

Oakland losing...

that puts you in first place alone...

makes Baltimore a really...really...really big game now...

They are all big games, a brutal 4 game stretch; Baltimore (they're not afraid or intimidated to come here, just ask Flacco.......:rolleyes2:...he really is a cementhead when he runs his mouth, just stand back there and chuck the ball all over the field you huckleberry), Denver in Denver, a complete house of horrors for this team, the Jets on Christmas Eve, never an easy game, I don't care what their record is, good Spinach chin could show up, then on the road at Miami, they could win them all, they could lose them all.............

I laughed so hard when the toothless guy with the mustache started laughing...

his laugh is infectious...

hysterical!!!

Another almost by the Bears. Frustrating. The refs and their darned holding calls
