Plastic Spartan pics (4 Viewers)

Well they are Conte 60mm, who would match them against, the K&C Romans?

Well the CTS Punic figs are pushing the 60mm mark so i would have no problem placing them on the same wargame dio table as the Conte's.
I would also still use Hat,italeri.. The spartans would only play a small role just a few mercs maybe one or two blister cards.
when you have a mass of figures painted they all just blend in.
A good example of this is Fubar's Nap set ups he uses ACTA and K&C on the same table it all even's out.. :)

A moment of silence please, had my first plastic spartan casualty. Tried to swap hands and one broke off in the wrist, I'm bummed.

Err yes, there is a note for caution on the swaps. The hands especially are a bit delicate. I have now broken two.:( I guess those will be glue in a fixed position and, hey, let's be careful out there.;):)

"Pah! But a flesh wound, come a bit closer and I'll bite yer ankle off!"
These are Sparta's finest, only one hand required. :D

Might have a go at these plastics:) Look impressive painted up. What colours are you using for the shields and armour?

I can tell you if you authenticate your clearence level for me. It is a heavilly guarded secret:)

I have been fooling around with that combination to get a really cool color:cool: When I start my installment I might disclose the secret. might!

Get a pinvise drill and bit from your local hobby shop and drill out the broken part, some wire and glue and your back in business.Even a piece of toothpick will work.

Bronze armor and shields. A wash of black and a quick drydrush in bronze again.

FUB

And then there were 6.... Are you in full speed production line painting mode?
