Indeed Damian, - that's the beauty of this game - you never know, until the fat lady blows the whistle! No-one stays on top forever (thank goodness). Players come - and players go - from all Nations and Nationalities - but the game goes on ........forever.

Good luck to whoever wins this one - BUT - next time - let's see if the RFU can make things just a bit fairer with better Pool selection than current practice - for all of our sakes - including the players and coaches - who, it should be remembered, now they are (mostly) all professional - have jobs, families and livelihoods to look after. jb

Well that's the first semi final decided , Ab,s versus the Boks.
Haven't seen the Welsh vs South Africa game yet but the All Blacks defenitly stepped up , I didn't think it would be a scoreline like that against the French.

I could hear at least half of NZ groaning in the first half as the Abs
Kicked the ball in the air aswell to be safely taken by SA. Discipline
Has got to be a concern you don't normally get away with giving away so many silly penalties. Roll on the final and the chance to be the first team to go back to back.

Add in my congrats to both of the best teams in the tournament so far.

I'm on a pint with a very good friend of mine (Dai bach) - next time I get back to The Old Arcade in Cardiff (unofficial HQ Wales) - as that's the final pairing I predicted at the time of the draw of the pools - almost 4 years ago!! I seem to recall that we had a slight disagreement - at the time^&grin.........

Now.................if only I had been a betting man.......{eek3}

Let the mind games begin..........already hearing some interesting commentary and not so friendly banter from some quarters.

At the end of the day, the result will come down to the team who can handle the pressure for the full 80 minutes and make the most of their opportunities.

Yes sad but true....the tournament should exclude the AB's then who ever wins plays them in a final...say the 'The World Hairy feet Cup' {sm3} gives them something other then Peter Jackson to be known for...^&grin
