Just one point in Wales loss, they should have won but thats sport for you, they are not the first team who deserved to win but didn't and they won't be the last.

France will have to play a lot better if they are to beat either the All Blacks or Aus.

Rob

Yeah a real shame, the crowd were behind the Welsh too......ya just can't afford to miss goals at this level and loosing a player in the first halve is just tragic.

The pressure's been on the Ab's the whole tournment and they've dealt with it head on, the Wallabies are a great team, but the AB's are playing Eden Park at a RWC semi, with much to prove.......looking forward to it.

As much as I love AUS I just want to say Go NZ!

I'll be up at 1:00 AM here in the states to watch.

Come across a lot of American fans here at Eden Park from all over the US over the past few weeks and they really love their rugby.{sm3}

Plenty of Brits, Aussi's and South African's there last night too.

All Blacks seem quite dominant in the early stages. Pocock is being blown for hands in the ruck.
Interesting match.
Good luck both teams.

Congratulations to all my Kiwi mates,
A great game and the better side won on the night. I am backing the ABs to eat France alive.
Enjoyed the game drinking some beautiful NZ South Island Sauvignon Blanc.^&grin
Cheers from the Land Downunder, Howard

Perfect symmetry
First RWC Final NZ vs France
Now 24 years later same final
NZ can now lay to bed a few ghosts.
This French team seems to be in disarray.

Thanks mate, (and Wayne) yeah a good result for the ABs and yes we should nail the french on Sunday....looking forward to the game.

Despite the loss, the Aussi fans I saw at Eden Park were very humble and most were in good spirits, many arm in arm with AB supporters off to sink a few cold ones.{sm3}

Cheers guys.

Many congrats to the AB's on a stunning victory. Good luck in the final and hope you muller the
French.

Rob

Bearing in mind all the history I can still see only one outcome from this Final.
So now all the big Southern Hemisphere Teams have two titles each.
The race is on to see who can be the first to three.
I have enjoyed watching this RWC as I have all the others.
Always a bit of a sobering thought is that I hope we are all around to watch the next one.
My Dad is 81 so I hope and pray we can sit and have a chat about what is what in the RWC 2015.

Ain't we mates,Matey............:D:D:D:D:D

Haven't been watching but congratulations to the All Blacks. Here's hoping the WC goes to New Zealand. -- Al

Thanks lancer, yeah a great win, but we've got those dodgy French-dudes to knock over yet.{sm5}

The AB's have learned the hard way to respect the French......in saying that we should nail them on the day!{sm3}

Yeah 2015, seems a while away, however its amazing how quick the time passes and who knows what the future brings. Its been pleasing to see so many older rugby fans attending the matches at Eden Park, many from overseas, particularly Aussi.

Right now the AB's are just focused on the final......the feeling is we haven't won it yet and despite being quietly confident, Kiwi's are weary of the Frogs for good reason.:eek::rolleyes2:

Not sure sure if anyone caught the Wales vs Aussi match last night, a scrappy game really and wasn't it a b{eek3}ger the Welsh missed so many shots at goal. Really enjoyed the tries from both sides though and great to see the Aussi's smiling again.:p

The Welsh team received lots of support at the venue, from loads of overseas fans still here enjoying the RWC.....a great atmosphere both inside and out of Eden Park......roll on the final.^&grin

I watched it well done Aus , I thought it may have been a bit more free flowing but both sides
seemed to have few to many errors to realy get going on attack.
Really Looking forward to the final tommororw we are leaving for Auckland today :).

Well done Oz - but can't help feeling we were all robbed of the correct final by a ref - who - let's be fair - stuck to the letter of the law - regardless of the fact that some others didn't. Also hope we see the last of Alain!!! NOT going to whinge though - that's it!

Can't help feeling that Wales looked surprisingly depressed in the first half in the Oz match.

Hoping to survive the next four years myself - to see this rectified in the only way it really matters - when the Cup returns to Northern Hemisphere. Not getting any younger!

Go Blacks ( never thought I would ever say that).

Cymru am Byth - Proud of the way you got there - despite THAT decision. johnnybach

Congratulations to New Zealand's All Blacks for winning the WC, 8-7, over the French. Judging from the low score, it must have been a tough, brutal match. A great win for a great team.{bravo}} -- Al
