Initially, I had created this tabletop diorama with H&A Normandy scenics and the then new Britain’s WWII figures

Since then, I added the two FL Winter Tigers and a handful of FL Battle of the Bulge figures. The Tigers are from the 301. Funklenk Panzer Abteilung (https://www.flickr.com/photos/130556552@N02/22983410579/).

The diorama is to represent a Kampfgruppe early 1945 in preparation of the German defense of the Homeland - Kampfgruppe Krüger to be exact.

Going forward, I am considering adding War Park figures to the extent they fix the scenario.

I like the way you mix and match the best products going to produce brilliant scenes. Robin.

A wonderful composition with some fantastic groundwork that ties it all together and makes it POP!
Thank you for sharing your work, Andreas.

Very well done, time taken to cover bases results in a great diorama as opposed to a display.....:salute::

Terrific diorama! This is one of the best Second World War dioramas that I've seen.

Those photos and composition of figures and terrain are excellent.

Thank you again for your comments. This is very encouraging this being my first diorama. And probably my only tabletop diorama. I learned a lot from looking at all of your diorama pictures although I might not always comment.

I am a purist and generally do not combine figures from different manufacturers This diorama is so big (34 in. X 34 in.) that it gives me the possibility to group figures of a manufacturer and not have figures of different manufacturers interact with each other. Below is an exception, though.

A new batch from War Park arrived and was easily incorporated into the existing scenes. I like how the adding of figures adds life to the diorama.

This is one really awesome diorama. I've seen it in person and the photos don't do it justice.

I can attest that any WW2 collector that would happen to see it in person would be truly wowed and made envious.

Andreas--this is a masterpiece for sure. I love that you can keep adding figures to it and thus expand on it here and there.

Agree it is shaping up brilliantly. Nothing better than having a permanent dio which continues to have potential to add new items. Keeps your collector passion alive and provides immense pleasure. This theme of loaders look great. Robin.

Brilliant display!!

You can tell you're enjoying yourself and having fun with your collection.

Thanks for sharing.:salute::
