I have 15 K&C tanks. None of them have any problems with the gun barrel.
I hear you on that. As I said before I'm lucky in that in seven years (round about) I've not once received any faulty goods from K&C UK, its a must in this hobby having a reliable trustworthy supplier who does the job right time after time. For me its like clockwork. Place order, email confirmation, its on the doorstep next day. Job done happy customer!

I love the reliability of ordering from a good dealer. Ship the item in new perfect condition as expected,send tracking info, receive the box. It turns out to be a pleasurable experience getting that much anticipated item to add to the collection without having to go through sending something back that isn't right.
All of my armored vehicles with gun tubes are perfectly fine !
Well I don't think it got anything to do with the dealer as kc made the item ,saying that the firefly came from KC UK :wink2: I buy all my stuff from KC main dealer but not at UK prices ^&grinI love the reliability of ordering from a good dealer. I agree PA. It also encourages you to order again doesn't it. K&C UK's service is so reliable in the fact that I know it will be here next day, that if I'm going to be out that day I can ring and ask them to send it following day and once again there it is, right when agreed.

Rob mine stuff come from the EU next day as well mate but a lot cheaper as well :smile2:
I have the perfect dealer in Belgium, in De Panne . Name of the place is "Toyland"
Every item is taken out of the box and checked before it is being sold. Whenever there is a problem the dealer always asks if I am interested to buy at a heavily reduced price . Sometimes when a piece is really damaged I am getting it for free. Being an experienced modeller, most of the time I can restore and repair the faults so that they become invisible for the not so trained eye. These pieces all end up in dios where they are further camouflaged . End result : very satisfied customer;

Do not agree Mitch. I think the problem is everywhere. Some just do not want to admit it. No big deal.
Totally disagree based on my experience as a dealer and have sold hundreds of tanks. Naturally if collectors dont mention it to dealers then hard to know. Has been raised by a few but rare. If it was a problem I would replace for the collector so do not understand the comment that some would not admit it.
I agree if anyone buys an item and it is defective or just not right, the first thing they do is try to return it or exchange it. Now buying second hand from say E-Bay
the buyer still has a right to get an item as described and not defective in any way.....I never had a drooping barrel.
Thats not what she said......... {sm3}
Ludwig,
Just walked around my showroom and did a head count of K&C tanks and SP guns. 127 and not one with a barrel problem. As a matter of fact, not one with a problem full stop.
Enjoy your day.
Howard
