There are 2 sets of law in this country. When I was younger I didn't think that.No one is above the law. LOL.
Someone brought out an interesting point. If congress was to hold hearings on any corruption involving Biden. Hunter could not use the 5th amendment as he is immune to prosecution. Therefore he would have to testify. If not he could then be faced with other charges for not testifying. I'm not sure how all that would work but I thought it an interesting thought. There are 2 sets of law in this country. When I was younger I didn't think that.

That train has left the station. The Biden's walk with no consequences and the bank full of cash. Biden pardoned Hunter not only for his existing felony convictions but ANY felony he might have committed over the last several years. If he was ever forced to testify, he would just say he couldn't remember and he was an addict. Ironically, this is a great example why they have to ride off into the sunset. They intentionally lied during the election and played everyone for a fool. If the Dems are still mystified as to Trump's success, they need look no further than this situation. They created him like Dr. Frankenstein created his monster.Someone brought out an interesting point. If congress was to hold hearings on any corruption involving Biden. I really enjoy the hypocrisy of all of this. That train has left the station. The Biden's walk with no consequences and the bank full of cash. I'm a true crime buff. Was watching the new excellent Netflix miniseries about the JonBenet murder. I've believed someone in the family was involved for many years but if so, the dad is the best liar in history. He is very believable in my opinion in his denial that he had anything to do with this crime. It was staged as a kidnapping/sex crime. That would seemingly rule the mother out although she is a bit kooky. So what is left? Perhaps the ten-year old brother committed the crime by cracking his sister on the head with the flashlight and then the parents or mom stage the event to protect him. If so, it would be completely nutty to garrot their dead six-year-old and write a ransom note. The ransom note was apparently written in the home on a notepad used by the mother. Perhaps some mental case did enter the property, write the note, and commit the crime. And that is why there is a lot of weirdness about the facts. Regardless, they seem no closer today than they were 20 plus years ago to solving.
There is currently an extremely bizarre case going on in LA where a woman traveling from Hawaii to NYC to visit her aunt landed at LAX for a connecting flight. For some inexplicable reason, she never got on the connecting flight but her ex-boyfriend who she was traveling with did. There are reports that she has been seen at a local bookstore. Enter her grief stricken father who flies for Hawaii to join the search. Having no success, he suddenly commits suicide. Still no sign of Hannah Kobayashi who remains missing. A strange world.
I just wonder if the media is now just playing devil's advocate. It's a common theme after time that to sell a book or movie, that you have to develop a new angle. Which is always that the person assumed guilty is innocent. The note is the real headscratcher. It was allegedly written in the home on the wife's stationary. It is a lengthy note. It would have taken some time to write it. No criminal is going to take the time to write the note while in the commission of the crime unless they were a complete mental case. They would do it in advance to save time. And why bother since she was killed in the home and not kidnapped? I always thought it was plausible that the younger brother clocked her over the head with the flashlight early that morning in a fit of anger like some siblings do. Mom discovers what happened and panics. Staging the scene. But that is farfetched as well. Hopefully the DNA sheds some light on it one day.I watched the Netflix series recently, like most people I was initially influenced by the media in believing that someone in the family had killed the little girl. Now having seen the interviews, evidence etc, I'm convinced the family were totally innocent and the incompetent Boulder Police colluded with the Media in trying to frame the family members, hoping one of them would 'crack'. Meanwhile the actual killer was not pursued, hopefully the DNA evidence etc will one day catch her murderer.

Why bother to write the note though? If an outsider entered the house through the basement with the intent to kidnap her, then why take her back down to the basement and kill her? Given that she had a skull fracture and was garroted, it seems clear that her death was intentional. If the intent was to kidnap her for ransom per the note, then why not leave through the front door with her as quickly as possible? Why go back down to the basement? The broken basement window was necessary only as a means of entrance. There were plenty of more convenient ways to exit the home than to climb back out the basement window and no good way to do that with a child given that the window was several feet above the floor.Sadly, most people prefer a conspiracy over actual facts, and the media are happy to exploit that to generate more sales via TV, Newspapers etc. The Police made a number of unsupported assertions to back up their claims against Family members despite facts to the contrary, and being a localy based authority they were subsequently more reluctant to alter their claims. Several Police Officers involved in the case even attempted to exploit the situation for financial gains and to support their spurious claims via high profile TV interviews and Books etc.
Some of the facts are; there wasn't any snow on the ground where the murderer entered and exited the large house via the basement grate/window. The murderer had an opportunity to be in the house for hours while the family were visiting friends etc, providing him ample time to check letters, and use stationery etc in the house. He subsequently waited for the parents to fall asleep to commit the sexual assault and (possibly accidental) murder. The girls bedroom was in an isolated area of the house, close to that basement area and distant from her parents bedroom. The acts carried out against the girl were complicated and executed by an intelligent and maladjusted adult with a history of such behaviour. Police claims that bedwetting, arguements over Pineapple pieces etc were ridiculous and desperate claims made by incompetent and inexperienced Police members that refused to pursue other possibilties.

Biden was not going to pardon his son.How strange is it to claim that someone was singled out for prosecution when they pled guilty to the charges? And why plead guilty when no deal was offered in exchange? My spidey senses tell me that Hunter knew in September that he was getting the pardon despite his father continuing to lie. Maybe they hoped Kamala would win and pardon him to avoid an outright lie but that play got derailed. No way would they allow the tax trial to air all the Biden family corruption. So they played everyone for fools and walked away with millions.
Someone told Hunter in September that he was getting a pardon. That allowed him to plead guilty to all the charges without a tax trial that would air the Biden family corruption with a guarantee that he would walk away with no jail time. If Kamala had won, she would have issued the pardon, and Joe could say he kept his word and didn't pardon him. After she lost, there was no other option. Biden - or whoever is in charge of this administration - is apparently considering additional pardons for other folks. Interested to see if that includes other family members such as his brother James who is as corrupt as they get. Another multi-millionaire with no apparent business or skill to market.Biden was not going to pardon his son.
Until Harris lost.
Then he changed his mind.
It's as simple as that.
I don't whether to laugh, cry or be angry over Biden and his whole administration; a couple of weeks ago, he's in South America, is yammering his way through a speech, then just turns around and wanders off into the rain forest, his handlers had to go reel him in, then yesterday in Africa at some conference, some guy is jibberjabbering about nothing and Biden is sitting there nodding off, sound asleep.Someone told Hunter in September that he was getting a pardon. The whole business is dirty and highlights why they were voted out of office. All Biden had to do here was to either say nothing about whether he would give Hunter a pardon before the election or say all along that he realizes that his son screwed up but that he believes is on the right path and most people would have let it go. Lying about it for political purposes was the unforgivable sin. Combined with the hypocrisy of claiming no one was above the law when it came to Trump and any claim made by Trump that DOJ was targeting individuals for political purposes was an attack on democracy.
She wasn't taken away, the killer entered the house while the occupants were away, he waited until their return and were asleep in their beds. Then he took the girl from her bed down to the basement where he used the garrot he had made earlier to control her and keep her quiet. Why bother to make a garrot to control her breathing when he could have simply strangled her with plain cord if the intention was to kill her immediately. And why exit via the front door etc when the broken basement window provided a convenient and secretive access and exit. Why bother to write the note though? The note seems contrived to suggest the presence of an outsider but doesn't add up with the circumstances. Maybe it was a complete mental case who committed the crime who was not acting rationally but otherwise the note's sole purpose appears to be to deflect away from the conclusion that someone in the household was involved by suggesting a kidnapping attempt.
If it was an outsider, I think he moved her from the bedroom to the basement with the intent to kill her there. The basement is further removed from the bedrooms of the other family members and less likely to be heard. No point in writing a lengthy kidnapping note since the body is left at the scene. If the intent was to kidnap her, it would be much easier to take her out the front door than go back down into the basement and somehow try to get her out the window which was several feet above the floor. Why bother to pause with the garrote when he could go out any of the doors? Nothing in the case entirely adds up.She wasn't taken away, the killer entered the house while the occupants were away, he waited until their return and were asleep in their beds. As for the head injury, he could have accidently dropped her at some stage or decided to make sure she was dead after she was strangled, by accident or intent.
Not sure about the ransom note, my theory is the note was to infer a kidnapping rather than the real motive, being the actions of a sick sexual predator with a history of sexual assaults against minors. It all makes sense (at least to me) when you look at it that way.
It is a sad spectacle. Imagine that they were swearing up and down just a few months ago that there was nothing wrong with him. It was a conspiracy theory or deep fake to suggest otherwise. They told us he was sharp as a tack and running circles around everyone behind closed doors. Good to go another four years. A total lie. Can anyone imagine the shape he will be in by 2028? My mom had severe dementia for several years before she passed. Biden has many of the same symptoms. In particular, that faraway look of confusion and fear in his eyes when he can't process what is going on. Only 50 or so more days to go.I don't whether to laugh, cry or be angry over Biden and his whole administration; a couple of weeks ago, he's in South America, is yammering his way through a speech, then just turns around and wanders off into the rain forest, his handlers had to go reel him in, then yesterday in Africa at some conference, some guy is jibberjabbering about nothing and Biden is sitting there nodding off, sound asleep.
The leader of the free world everyone.
Imagine him going face down at his desk and his dome hits the nukes button and World War III starts.
