Used to pick up a pastry ring and bagels on the way to work to share with the office. Sadly the pastry ring is no longer available.

Seems like a common thing Chris, you discover something really tasty, that's popular, then after a while it's discontinued and you never find out why.

I usually just have a coffee for breakfast, but sometimes spoil myself with Orange juice, Four slices of bacon (not crispy), Two poached eggs, Two slices of toast plus Flat White coffee. As a special breakfast my Mum used to cook lambs fry and bacon, I loved that with her home-made gravy. However my usual breakfast before school as a kid was Two slices of toast with butter and thinly spread Vegemite washed down with some Aussie Tea. I still like the ocassional baked beans on toast for breakfast. When out shopping I enjoy a nice brunch/lunch of Salmon, Avocado, poached egg on a toasted roll, living the dream ha ha. Speaking of which, I have to post something I sold on ebay, so likely to spoil myself with that this morning

Had lamb fries during a trip to Scotland a few yrs ago. It was served for lunch at a distillery visit. Didn't know what they were and curious why the Scots turned them down. Actually tasted pretty good but will not grace my table.

I like sausage, egg, and cheese omelets with home fries. Italian sausage even better.

Nothing fancy, but satisfying ... two eggs over hard, sausage well done, home fries, grilled English muffin and a bottomless mug of coffee.
