I suspect Scottish and US Lamb Fries has Balls in it, yeah/nah, not for me and most other Aussies.
Traditional Australian 'Lambs Fry' only uses liver, no balls or brains, usually with bacon pieces and onion with gravy, sometimes with extras like mashed potatoes and peas.
