Trophy never did a “Trying to save the guns” set but I have put this diorama together using only Trophy AZW figures.

Cheers

Martyn

Martyn,
Please secure Charlie in a crate, it looks like I'm on another mission. Just said my goodbyes to the wife and kids, told them I'll be on Special Service with a local brevet rank of Captain!.
Mike

Hi Mike

Charlie says “bring it on”.

After a morning on the range

By the way he has been in touch with his mates at the Cat Protection League and reinforcements are on the way

Cheers

Martyn and Charlie:p

Martyn,
Holy Krikees! A brilliant set-up of some realy nice guys. Imagine yourself running that gauntlet, or better yet staying at Isandlwana in a small square of best friends with no ammo and no hope, but glory.

And what is this I see here?
Mike

Hi Mike

Here are some other pictures of BD 12

Hi Mike

Glad you liked Charlie’s reply, it was all his own work!!!!!;)

If you need any info on other BD sets let me know as I now have sets BD1 through to BD12

Cheers

Martyn:)

Thanks LT. I still have to see this entire movie.

Hi Scott

You must see this film.
There are a couple of glaring mistakes such as carbines instead of rifles and the material used for the 24th uniforms but it is still a great action film. There are several DVD’s on Ebay.
A few years ago, before DVD arrived on the scene, branches of Woolworth in the UK had a numbered, limited edition video boxed set which included lobby cards and a copy of the original film script. Copies of this set appear on Ebay and it is worth getting for the script alone.

Cheers

While waiting to see what Martyn will be coming up with next I thought I'd slip this in......The Lt.

PS It is 0353hrs here in the UK:eek: and I am off, in the next hour, to a large Militaria Show at Chatham Dock Yard in Kent that is the reason I am online and missing my beauty sleep.:D

Martyn,
I know you're just trying to keep old Charlie awake! I've cancelled the mission regardless:D
Have fun at the show!

You always need an old guy to keep the young guys in line.

Cable is out, currently watching Zulu. Like you need an excuse to watch Zulu:D

Another great set from Mike.

Martyn how many sets are you shy of to have a complete Trophy Zulu collection?

Hi Scott,

That is a tough question. I certainly would like to know Martyn's answer.

I think a Trophy catalogue, perhaps more than one edition, is required to do a good inventory.

Raymond.
