Who made the officer wielding the "short sword" in right hand and revolver in the left may I ask ?

An ex British SOuth African Police Officer called Brian Bevan who lives in DBN.
His figures were quite crude but have got a bot better recently.
They are available on the tourist trail in KZN.

Arrived just a little while ago from Britain to join the Lt. in assisting him in planning future photo dioramas and events are a group of fellow officers.
