There is literally no winning with those types. Their current narrative is that this conflict is not justified. But if Trump decides to pull the plug, as they apparently want him to do, the tune will change to his having capitulated to Iran. He will be the TACO. And on and on it goes.

Yes, heard they had one safe, you expect them to be using the transponder to locate the other, there are pictures on the BBC of two choppers circling attached to a refueller, assuming they are waiting for the call and keeping the tanks topped up. I remember going on a course while serving, RM, where the talk was from a pilot who been shot down and had to eject, he mentioned the transponder was automated, as the aircrew could be unconscious. What they highlighted was it is an extremely rare event for a fighter aircrew to eject and it is something the training, any training, does not prepare you for. It was more likely than not the ejecting aircrew would suffer an injury while ejecting, which leads me to think how stressful it must be and the physical pressure on your body, dislocations, whiplash, banging yourself on the cockpit as you eject, etc. I only jumped out of an airplane as prepared to do so and in a controlled manner.
I think it would be in our favor if it was declared a war in this circumstance for one of our soldiers if captured…I believe a prisoner of war label would work in his favor… as I think they might be allowed to execute a terrorist… where if they followed the Geneva convention, I believe a POW has to be cared for if captured… not sure about any of this, it’s a total conjecture on my part from watching Hollywood movies… and that’s even if Iran even adheres to the Geneva Convention

Again, what do you think should be done? Iran was developing a nuclear weapon. They expressed a desire to destroy the US and Israel. US presidents have tried for 50 years to negotiate with Iran. Nothing has deterred them from a policy of terrorism. Instead of just opposing Trump and citing polls, what is the policy that you support to deal with Iran? What exactly are they going to negotiate? These are fanatics. It would never have reached this point if they were reasonable people with whom we could negotiate.
Yes but there is no proof they aimed at Turkey, the, Turkish government just said in a statement they 'enterered Turkisk Airspace' and they have not said they were aimed at Turkey is vastly in Asia, not Europe, Turkey is 97% in Asia and 3% in Europe [very small in the West, and there is a very large River dividing the parts, iran is over 820 miles away, shot them at the Eastern part of Turkey, withing 20 miles of the Iranian Border, which is in Asia, not Europe. This is basic geography, you can see it all on maps.

They were negociating with the Iranian regime, in 2018 under the previous Trump government a report said the Iranians were holding up their end of the agreement they had, so they were reasonable, the reason they might be be now is they are being attacked and trump is lying about negociating. Plus not great diplomacy to be bombing a country and then complaining why they will not negocate. Might be good to stop the bombing and then talk, why does someone not ask the israeli's to tell the Americans to stop the bombing, the Israel's are incharge, in this situation America is Israel's B*t*h.
Agree, but think it was the israeli's [and their leader, who when out of power has a few court cases to go too, for corruption] that fooled Trump into the war, together with it being a distraction from the Epstein/Trump files, ICE interventions, the tariffs, the taking way of millions of Americans Healthcare, a stagnant economy, destruction of the White House [the symbol of America], prices rising, oh and nearly forgot, possibly the largest levels of corruption ever in US Government history and the shear amount of national debt, which is growing, the US has to the rest of the world.
