Obviously a breach of security in Hong Kong!! Still something unexpected to look forward to! This Stuart is too late for the Western Desert - perhaps Andy will do a US version as well (in Bulge/winter markings/camouflage even better)!

I'll bet someone at the Hong Kong staff has been ripped a new one by you know who {eek3}

From the looks of what appears to the Desert Rats insignia, looks to be be part of 7th Armored.

Perhaps ... perhaps not. People are talking about it already. The only thing worse than having your Stuart talked about is not having it talked about!

Based on E-mails I just got from K&C in Hong Kong as a member of their Collectors Club K&C has made corrections to show the correct tank (Valentine).

Unless the intent was not to announce it until next month or thereafter :wink2:

Sources say they smell Assange or Snowden behind this.... {eek3}{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}
Seriously, it is a very nice Stuart, that we all hope to see released soon!!

Sometimes leaks are intentional to test the market. After all we do not get dispatches a month ahead, so we get Easter eggs like this instead. Interesting.

Can this be correct. The markings and camo correctly show a tank of the Regimental HQ, 5th Royal Tank Regiment (RTR) of the 7th Armoured Division, 22nd Armoured Brigade as it landed on D-Day. The 7th Armoured was unusual among British Armoured Divisions as it was entirely equipped with Cromwell tanks except for the 0ne-in-four Sherman Fireflys and the Recon regiment which was equipped with the above mentioned Stuarts. It also appears to be the correct M3A3 version of the Stuart used by the Brits in Europe and not the M5A version used by the Yanks. Can't wait for it to appear (hopefully no last minute changes)
