War along the Nile collection. (1 Viewer)

The British assault on the Egyptian entrenchments at Tel-el-Kebir 1882.

The large Tel El Kebir diorama I cut in half!! (Must be mad I hear you say!). Then reconfigured both halves with new profiled sides and added extra figures to both (some of which were repainted from grey to red as before). These are now similar in size to the other dioramas and can fit inside my display cabinets.

The first half!

Very nice work Jeff, well done ! :salute::

Jeff,
I like the light color of the desert floor; very realistic and it highlights the color of the figures. Again, great action.

Jeff, I love your dioramas! The groundwork is beautiful in both texture and paint- just perfect!! The photos are great and are a wonder to study and appreciate. The framing completes these most elegant compositions. Thank you for sharing your awesome work!

Jeff,

Excellent work you've done here with all these dio's!! You should be very proud.

The scenes are full of action and bring the history of the battles to life.

You'll have to take some pics for us to see how the finished product looks in your display cabinet.

Thank you Mark for your support. :salute::

Good idea and I have been thinking about this, but I need to sort out a couple more backdrops first.
