The first of the Russian Figures is
Napoleon Mounted. If anyone is familiar with this figure, please let me know about it. I saw it and liked it but am unsure if this is the correct info. I was told it is a Metal Models figure painted by the Kolobob studio. The number is odd - it isI really like the figure. I think the painting on the face is amazing!

This next one is Richard the Lionheart Carrying Battle Axe - AeroArt St. Petersburg Collection - 6447
I think the figure from the front is fantastic. From the back, I think the weathering on the cape is a touch sloppy. Also, very minor, but If I'm going to be hyper critical, it's off to be as weathered as he is, but yet have a sparkling gleaming axe head. again, I don't care and love the figure, but can see a complaint there if you're picky.
Absolutely amazing!^&coolI just received my latest commission. This one had me pretty stressed out! Got lost in the mail between Germany and the USA!!! Thankfully it arrived and in perfect condition.
This is Musketeers in the Tavern. It is a kit from Irbis Miniatures and I had it painted by Olga Kropotova. In my opinion, she is currently one of the best painters out there. For those of you who collect or know about Russian figures, she is the daughter of Tatiana. When Olga received the kit, she was not happy with it, so sculpted some additions herself and redid some of what was already there. All of the decoration on the fireplace was added as well as the china on the mantle. To me, it's the little things that make a great diorama - the freehand work she did on the walls and the painting on the plates is simply amazing to me!
This scene is based on the painting by Frank Moss Bennett
