Sure. Even as thousands and thousands of non US folk choose to face terrible dangers and obstacles just to, somehow, get to the US border - so they can sneak inside and live here, illegally. That is some funny 💩. Funny as in weird, I mean. Hmmmm.

Look dude, I wish I had the global following so I could give the entire world a chortle. I really do. The world could use it.

But hey, instead, maybe you, using your great wisdom and “truth knowing”, can eradicate the scourge of religion? I suggest starting with a Muslim country. Go there in person and inform their adherents, directly, that their god doesn’t exist and that you’ve got some books and videos and stuff so they can read up on the subject. No doubt they’d appreciate your input and welcome the news with open arms.

But don’t try it in America. We are a bunch of barbaric dummies who are too closed minded for such erudite and profound wisdom. Heck we’ll probably be too busy engaging in our daily (hourly?) gun rampages to give your lectures our full throated attention, anyway.

Keep yucking it up. Meanwhile the US will maintain its spot as the wealthiest, militarily powerful country in the history of the world.

Or, cheer, wish and hope for the US’s collapse/demise/diminishment - at civilization’s great peril. The latter sounds about your speed.

Matt are you trying to be personal here? What have I posted that amuses you so much? Facts about Israel, does that bother you? I am glad you find it amusing. A country needlessly attacked for th last nearly 70 years? Yeah that is funny isn't it. You Aussies are an odd bunch with an odd sense of humor.

Glad you like my post and you find the suffering of Jewish people so funny. Says a lot without saying much. Glad we know where you stand. When the terrorist come knocking on your door, dont call us we will call you. Guess my original conclusion holds a lot of water. I knew true feelings would come out eventually.
 
This thread has degenerated into a sad reflection on the present state of western relations. Two terrorists that have no allegiance other than to their sick ideologies have Yanks and Aussies at each others throats.

My thoughts remain with the victims' families and the local communities affected by this terrible act of violence. May they still find peace and solace during these troubling times.

Your thoughts on the tragedy I wholeheartedly agree with. That said I take umbrage to this entire thread and the thoughts put out by a small contingent. Facts are facts and statements are just that. If you post it, you meant it. No going back from that in my book. Let it be written let it be done.

When I’m at someone’s throat you’ll know it. This ain’t it. Besides, where I’m from, the exchange of opposing ideas is neither sad nor degenerate. It’s healthy debate. Only if when ad hominem or straw man attacks occur do I consider the thread debased. Thus far we haven’t seen much of that.

BTW, I’ve got my kid gloves on, out of respect for the host.
