Nats got a win in NY last night that was almost a 'must' win for them. More important than the win was the way they did it, coming from a 6-1 deficit in the 8th inning with a 6-run rally, adding 1 in the 9th and winning 8-6. The Nats actually got a couple of hits with runners in scoring position during the rally, a good sign as well. It is a tough loss for the Mets, but they are too hot to let it slow them down so the Nats have to take the win and build on it and hopefully get another win in NY during this series. The comeback win is the first real life this club has shown since the first 4 games of the season, and even then they looked dead up until the 8th inning rally. Hopefully the Nats have awakened. We shall see. -- Al
