Figarti have never really been prolific releasers. Most sets come during and after Chicago or, it seems like that to me. We have had a raft of Tiger I's in a number of colour ways recently and requests for research into a variety of Eastern front AFV's from Matt so, I think rumours of their...
the set. Not much really needs to be said I think as a long time admirer of this battle I am really pleased that FL are doing this and can't speak highly enough of these figures. I also like the addition of a Zulu spear in the box of one of the figures

Nice sculpt, they always look good at this stage. Can anyone explain what he is doing with his rifle? Never seen a combatant hold a rifle like that.

They are superb and I am delighted with them. This is what I have wanted from a 1/30th manufacturer to begin a Zulu range that I can get from the start. They are also really nice figures

You cannot say Von Braun was X % responsible so, here are some facts that really show how much he was involved and how much the US actually needed him and his 120 colleagues taken from Germany.
He was in charge of all rocket programmes which were used in the Apollo programme and all Saturn...
Mine should show next week as its in the post. Interested to see it as the only PAK's I have are from TG and they are quite well done and metal for the most. Its more for the figures though as they look great

Brad..
certainly not by me. I commented upon the facts of what was needed others went off on a tangent. I do think though trying to show a country is somehow clean handed and better than another depends on where your standing. I know being and Englishman with our history enslaving half the...
I think I have replied to a thread with facts about the US need for German brains after WWII in terms of the rocket programme. It seems some have taken this as some slight against the US when its a historical fact.
Was the segregation of the blacks not a master race move? German POW's could...
Even US scientists admitted they were far behind the Germans when they started working with them. If they were not so advanced do you think the US would have scooped them away.? Could have let the russki's have them. Simply they were desperately needed as the Germans were technologically...
I believe there are pictures of this aircraft. Either in one of the 262 books or, similar archive pics maybe a site about Luftwaffe. I recall discussions about Welter especially, the fact that most kills were gained in a non radar manned aircraft and from that pics of the aircraft he used. The...
I always associated Goddard with the early bazooka. Yes he was doing what you said however, he died in 45 and the US scurried Braun and his colleagues away to safety and, the rest is history in terms of what we are talking about.

Out of the first batch of 15 this still is the best of them. Its great to begin a Zulu range and these are excellent figures. I wonder if this was meant to depict Caine in the Movie Zulu? Really striking figures with excellent animation and sculpt.
Mitch
I wonder if it did. I have read a few very well put together documents that cast doubt on getting there at that time. If they did then its a technological marvel and thanks should be given to the German scientists and the V weapons that were light years ahead of anything the west dreamt of.
