Just thought I'd pull up this wonderful thread. Has anybody heard from Kevin recently? I know he has been having a lot of health problems. I am presently being held together with steroids, spit and bailing wire, while I await my second (and hopefully last) back surgery, so I feel for Kevin.{sm4}
