Thanks Mike, I was being sarcastic but knowledge is always good. I just thought the figure's pose was a little out of place for a Conquistador in Mexico.
I was thinking of converting some of the Conquistadors to European theatre soldiers but the padded armor is out of place for European warfare.

Ask and you might receive . . . A few months ago I asked John to consider making a CSA First National Flag standard bearer for the 4th VA. Well here it is. I asked for either a 9 or 11 star variant of the flag which would be appropriate for First Bull Run. I also asked John to consider making a VA State Flag standard bearer as well.
I saw a documentary that explained that stance was the defence by the Conquistadors against an attack by Aztecs brandishing Enchiladas, it was slightly difference from the defence again Burritos bandits or Taco terrorists........... It was either a documentary or a cartoon, i just remember it was very cheesy.
This range just get better, my first J J range, have now moved into Roman Enemies [go well with TG Romans] and just bought 3 Vikings [they are something else] and 4 Saxons.

I'd rather have the pistol holstered but will gladly take this one. :smile2: One addition I would like to have is an NCO or two. Chris

I agree with you, Chris. I'd rather have the pistol holstered as well. The Palmetto Riflemen flag-bearer has his pistol out too, which I already own. But like you said I will gladly take this one.

I hope so! I've wanted John Jenkins to revisit the Peninsular War and War of 1812 series for some time now, but I'd be very happy with a little "diversion" to the Anglo-Maratha Wars. I wonder if Sharpe will make an appearance? Brendan
I would also prefer the Peninsular War, but the Anglo Maratha Wars would be great as well. Knowing what a great job John is doing on the Aztecs i can only think his Indian troops will be excellent.
