A Trojan War line is absolutely awesome
The way John approaches his lines, it might become a challenge to collect.
This theme is a dream of mine ever since I got into the Toy Soldier hobby, just about 21 years ago now.
What wonderful news for 2021, and probably a year or two more

This was a hard one for me to keep secret these past couple of weeks. Several months ago when John first announced his plans to make the 11th NY Fire Zouaves as well as the 1st VA Cavalry, I asked him to also consider making the 33rd. The 33rd was another regimental member of the famous Stonewall Brigade and its Company K, the Emerald Guard, was all Irish. At First Bull Run the 33rd was opposed by Federal Troops of the 11th NY and the 1st MN over the Federal 2-gun battery (Griffin). The 33rd suffered 45 KIA and 101 WIA during the fight. The 33rd was another Confederate unit clad in blue uniforms which added confusion on the battlefield at First Bull Run identifying friend from foe. I am hoping that John will present us with 2nd WI figures uniformed in their state militia gray uniforms.

So it looks like this series is a combination of historically accurate figures and the Mythology of the Illiad. Very clever and creative ! Homer's Illiad and The Odyssey was one of my favorite tales and I read it to my children (Youth versions), it is read and enjoyed all over the world.
I guess we may see many more characters from the story.
