Argentina is a little bigger than a small hole. Lots of Germans in South America. Anything is possible
There is no definite proof he died in Germany. One thing is sure. He dead now. ^&grin

Best point, yet. If the Mossad could hunt down a relatively low ranking character like Eichmann, then someone of Hitler's celebrity would have had no chance of staying undiscovered. And wouldn't that been the ultimate justice. -- AlIf Hitler had been in Argentina then the Mossad would have got him

I think you said the key words "Relatively Low Ranking" which meant he did not have the means at his disposal as Hitler did !Best point, yet. Here is a sad and disgusting example of how baseless conspiracy theorists cause harm. A university professor is alleging the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax and is sending letters to the parents of the dead children asking them to verify that their children were real:

For those that enjoy the Hitler got out alive story line, there is an extremely well written novel about such an event and the Soviet hunt to catch him. It is called "The Berkut" and was written by Joseph Heywood in 1987. It's a good read and has a rather unusual ending to the whole tale. -- Al
The Russians identified Hitler's remains via his dental records. The remains were re-buried and then later destroyed. Reports were written to Stalin confirming these facts by individuals who would have been executed had Hitler turned up alive. There are also witnesses to his death. There is no mystery or even possibility that he escaped Berlin. It is simply a fantasy like most conspiracy theories.
I wouldn't waste two seconds of my life watching a show trying to convince me Hitler flew from Germany to Spain, went from Spain to Argentina in a submarine, then lived in exile for a number of years completely under the radar, but to each his own.
I love the way these shows are written/presented. They'll show several people around a table looking at a piece of paper and one of them will exclaim "OH MY GOD, LOOK AT THIS!!"..............as they go to fifteen minutes of commercials.
Then when they come back, he's looking at a menu from the hotel they're staying at and sees they have pizza...................:rolleyes2:

Some great posts here and would have to be one of the best threads I've read for a while.
I managed to sit through a couple of episodes of 'Hunting Hitler' which I found very entertaining on so many levels.
As we all know the first thing to be lost in war is the truth and I'm all for questioning history as we know it, but this series had more holes in it than a block of swiss cheese.
The so called investiagation team did a poor job and were quick to jump to conclusions and as for the so called military experts, they need to go back to military school because their skill level was well below par if that programme was anything to go by.
Sorry Wayne and others, but I'm far from convinced Hitler made it to South America to live out his final days in seclusion and luxary far from his beloved Germany.
