East coast storm (2 Viewers)

Nice weekend, now it's snowing...again. Called for a dusting, now it's 1-2 inches. Same thing for tomorrow. Snow and cold. Cold and snow. Last month's electric bill was the highest I have ever had in almost 40 years of paying utilities. Ready for spring, baseball, and some slightly warmer weather (just warm enough to kill the snow and the electric bill). -- Al

Cold here. Temps down into single digits at night stretching into late next week. My wife has been watching those shows where people move to Hawaii and dropping a lot of hints.

Seems like some type of storm is moving into the east on Sunday/Monday. For NJ, 30% chance of snow on Sunday and 70% Sunday night/Monday.

I'm hoping this next one holds up till Sunday night. It would be nice to get to the NJ toy soldier show in Edison on Sunday.

Prost!

I think it will but pity the poor dealers who have to drive far like George and Nick of Crown Toy Soldiers. They may be in the middle of it. Hopefully not.

It's brutal cold here. I've heard all types of reports about the weekend weather. Snow, ice and/or rain. Could be nasty late Sunday and into Monday.

I really think it's time for Ed to reconsider these February/March shows, the weather is too unpredictable and frankly, it's not worth the risk.

I'm hearing all sorts of reports about what Sunday afternoon/evening will be like; I can promise the first sign of steady snow and I am packing up and getting out of dodge as I have about a four and a half hour ride ahead of me.

Weather forecast for Sunday night/Monday has me in the 6 inches of snow belt, preceded by several hours of freezing rain. Have I mentioned that I'm getting tired of all this winter wonderland crap?:rolleyes2: -- Al

Sunday is looking good but with a 60 percent chance of rain and snow showers. Monday is bad though.

I think you should be ok.

Thanks Brad, all three Boston news stations are saying it will start here around 2:00 or 3:00am, a full five hours after I get back, so yes, I should be ok...................

Covered in snow again. Expecting about 6 inches by the time it ends. For once, the storm is tracking further south and leaving the heaviest snow to dear old Virginia. Ice and snow, snow and ice. Hope to see a spring flower or two after it all melts this June.:rolleyes2: -- Al

We didn't get anything. Darn, was hoping for a day off ^&grin

Yeah, the front kept shifting further south, as it came east. The cold air mass apparently pushed it that way.

Drive safely, Al!

Prosit!
Brad

Yeah were getting pounded down here.I'm sick of it.

Well, our wonderful, wackadoo weather is at it again. Last 2+ days temps have been in the 60's, and have hit 70 today, but a storm front has just hit us with high winds and heavy rain. Temp at 4pm was 70 and once the front passes, we are supposed to be at 30 by 11pm and minus single digit wind chills by 6am. A 70 degree swing in temps in 14 hours. Ya gotta love DC weather.:rolleyes2: -- Al

Local forecast calls for a "Wintery Mix." That could be a snack bowl or a potpourri scent.
