The Owl was a later war night fighter developement for defense of the Reich against the night bombing. Never was involved in the BoB as it didn't exist then. -- Al

Like a lot of late war planes sound great on paper but still no match for a Mosquito :wink2:

There wasn't a whole lot in the air that was a match for the "Wooden Wonder". A GREAT aircraft. Heck, the Germans even tried to copy it with a wooden two-engine plane of their own but it never really suceeded. -- Al

Right. Couldn't remember the model. That was Kurt Tank, the designer of the FW, right? Even named it the same. An example of how much respect the Germans held for the Mosquito. -- Al

Those are great pics! That's good and bad, I love them and now I want it even worse!^&grin

Cool pictures.

Many of you already know I have a Figarti HE219 in advance of the release. For those of you that don't here is a few quick snaps of it. Notice How cool the KC figures look with the HE219, Fuel Truck and quad AA gun implacement. They're nayural together IMO.

What do you think?

Carlos

Great photo & thank for posting , is that the new fuel truck ?

Very nice Carlos, ..thanks for posting.

You know, ..I told a lot of friends of mine about this plane and between us all, we account for 8 units on pre-order.

These are going to sell fast . .

CARLOS! now that's Really cruel! Great set, I need one of those little emotion heads that are green with envy!!^&grin

Agreed Ray-way cruel by Carlos especially since I got to see it in his house in Camp Codina, San Antonio. However, my "six" is covered via a secure pre-order! Love your N. Trudgian lithograph by the way so this has to be a firm order for you. Any chance of you making the Chicago trek this year?

All The Best/Horrido!
Marc

According to Treefrog, it's supposed to be available sometime in August. However, I have a feeling the sales will be brisk so I would probably pre-order one if interested.
