Got this Battlezone Miniatures Paratrooper on Welbike BZM03. As you can see it has broken off the base. Is this fixable? And is it worth at least $10?

Hello Michele,

I am not a "Battlezone" figure expert. The photo suggests that the bike has been glued to the base. I don't see any lugs or drilled pins. I think that this can be glued back quite sturdily with epoxy resin. Perhaps you may try to drill a couple of shallow holes in the base as well as the wheels to attach a short brass wire to strengthen the joints. This method should work with either metal or plastic figures.

Thank you Blaster! I was just going to try to sell it as is and let who purchases it do the repairs however they want.
Just wondering what is worth in this condition. $10? More, less?

Hello Michele,

I believe that this model is the same as featured on this website. There are similar figures in the range with prices. The rarity and state of the figure determines its selling price.

Thank you Victor. I had been on that sight when I was searching for the piece, but they are sold out so they have no price on it. I was trying to gauge pricing by other pieces they did have on it and take into consideration the condition. I'll start it at $10 and see how it goes.

Can anyone tell me what brand this piece might be? Dad had it in a plain box with KC hand written on the side. I can't find this on any KC site.

i believe this is JG Miniatures. Not sure of the piece though, but they came in plain white boxes.

Does anyone recognize these pieces and can you tell the manufacturer? My Dad had Conte written on the bottom of one piece but I can not find anything about them. They are a type of Styrofoam.

Those are Conte pieces. I would be interested in buying the one on the left or both for a good deal.

Having to resurrect this thread. I found another tank that does not have identifying marks on it.
Can any tell me what kind of tank this is? Brand? Any information at all?

The tank is a Russian T-34/85 from WW2. Don't have a clue who made this, though. -- Al

Hello Michele,

I can't tell from the pics whether it is metal or plastic. I am assuming plastic.

If so, I suspect then the scale is 1/35. The details especially around the tracks are a little chunky and I assume that this is a vintage kit. The decals are also rather old fashioned.

Usually these older kits have the brand moulded on the underside or internally if you can lift off the top.

Hi Michele,

just ignore my post. I just saw your ebay listing of this item as a die cast item.

Thanks Blaster! With what Al told me I was able to locate one online. Turns out it is a Russian diecast model.

Finally getting to more of the toy soldiers. I have four of these Miniaturas Aconcagua figures. Not really finding much information about them. One of the few sights I did find, I pretty much needed to wash my eyes with bleach with the garbage they had running on the side ad banners. {eek3}

Can anyone tell me if these are supposed to WWII German or Russian soldiers? Where were they made? What are they worth?

Also have this one Russian made figure. Any information on it would be appreciated. Company name? What type solider is it? Worth?

These are only parts of the original Conte Playset D-Day 003. The set comes with the 2 buildings pictured on your thread + the main farm house (damaged). The set includes plastic Conte German and American soldiers & other accessories such as hay stacks and farm implements. The set original price was $275 in 2000. Attached are diorama photos where you can see an over-head view of the farmhouse and side view. I'll see if I can get you a better photo. I have the set packed and stored in my attic.

Thanks Noli-Poli, but the Conte farm house stuff is long gone. No need to drag anything out of the attic.
Now I need info on the toy soldiers I posted last night.
