The ranks look fairly full Mike. John must love you, what a JJD collection you have. Where is the pigeon wagon going to fit?^&grin, Robin.

Mike

Great 1812 collection you have there ... perhaps you need a larger battlefield {sm3}

I am a big fan of the FIW...I think John Jenkins has addressed it as well as anyone could...this is a diorama set up in my office at my house...I don't think I have ever shown any detailed photos of it...

The French Indian War Scene is simply beyond fantastic. It is perfect!!!! You managed to blend all the figures seamlessly into a single display. Who else could have put the mortar wagon with the canoes and make it work? Only MIKE!!! The Indians on horseback even fit. Particularly fond of the mass of French and Indians in firing position along the Creek. Your groundwork is so, so good. There are very few posts in the history of the forum where the quality of the groundwork has approached your work.

Mike,

What are the dimensions of the display?

Very engrossing display and pictorial.

I've noticed that Mike does terrific renderings of water-features. I suspect that this is an area where "the wheat get's separated from the chaff" in terms of skill and experience in diorama building.^&cool

Mike, for a collection like this, you should really be offering Open House events like Hillestead. :)
