King & Country book (1 Viewer)

By the way, Kevin, what ever happened with the Volume on Modern Wars that we were 99% done with when you were last here two years ago? I thought we were going to get that one published?^&confuse

Good question. Perhaps Ruth is a little busy at the moment. :wink2:

Are you insinuating that Kevin is not the editor who wears the pants in his family . . .^&grin

I wouldn't dream of insinuating such a thing. Although it's strange that the spelling picked up with the second and third book that Ruth....er...sorry, Kevin (co-) put out. Oh well, with Kevin having lounged around in bed for the last year or two, I'm sure his editorial drive has been fully replensished.
Diving for cover as I type.................:rolleyes:

Wraith! You are a very naughty boy!

Oh well, what are neighbours for, but to provide amusement and for us to amuse in due course - or words to that effect.:rolleyes2:

I had come on here to say I have enlisted help and hope to have a version or two, with or without typos, for Louis to show at Chicago ... Vol2 warbirds and Vol4 modern - here's hoping, no promises.

Neighbours? You haven't got past the Nottinghamshire Border Patrol yet. :)

I'm sure Ru....er....you, will pull out all the stops to produce volumes of hallucinagenic quality.
So knock off the Zumba on the Wii (it's not good for you) and look forward to the forthcoming volumes.
As, I'm sure will Luis Bidolaato and Andy K. Kneelson. :wink2:

The early draft of Vol2 warbirds and vol4 modern K&C are done, I hope that Louis may have copies for Chicago.

Dear Warlord

Thank you for your query, the books have been a DIY exercise for some enthusiasts over several years, notably Louis Badolato, Lawrence Lo and Hans Hedrich, plus others too numerous to mention.

If you ever have time to read this thread, it is quite a tale in itself.

The bottom line is that currently several volumes have been produced documenting K&C stuff that is so complete and so rare, that you may never see it live or together in a volume.

The only way this could be acheived was through Blurb, so the books are printed individually to order - which makes them pricey until you consider the price of one K&C set. Despite the price, I am not making any money, but am making a pinprick in the cost of producing them, including at least two transatlantic flights.

You can preview the books on the link below.

Best wishes

Kevin,

Congrats on the new volumes! Appreciate all the hard work, time, and expense you have put in to make these available to collectors. Sadly, you will never be fully compensated for the pain and suffering of having to work with Louis {eek3}^&grin Incoming.......
