Hi,
I don't suppose anybody took any pictures from the Frontline display at the show?
I'm sorry I didn't take any this time due to the comments I was given at the March show.

Really???? Comments on the board or there at the show?
Tom
I won't go into too much detail but when I asked if it was ok to take some photos to post on the Treefrog Treasures Forum the response wasn't the most friendly, he has a bit of an issue with a review of the WW1 triplane that was posted a while ago.

Is it me? Do I win?
Ugly mugs from bottom left clockwise:
Trooper Alan
Me
And the tone drops from there for the next few ....
Robert of UK Rebeldom
Eazy James (vicious rumour apparently)
Royal Mail Rob
Andy Otto UKBOD
John Cleese of panda1gen fame
The delightful Mrs O'Brian (at least I hope it's Mrs O'Brian, or John has got some explaining to do when he gets home )
John O'Brian (Obee) himself
and lastly, some guy with too much green paint on his hands, Jeff someone or other.
Special mention has to go to Petunia, our delightful bar host, who performed an Olympic standard gymnastic feat in order to get the overhad shot.
Thanks SO much for your kind hospitalty betowed on a couple of colonials at the show last week.
Pauline and I ( yes, we are married ) had a wonderful time going around the show and meeting so many nice people, like the ones pictured above, and thats what makes our hobby so enjoyable.
I am sure that the bags will be a tad overweight when we leave Paris next week.... but who cares.... a little extra lead in the hand luggage will go all the way back 'down under, to prove many hours of painting enjoyment.
thanks again guys for all your hospitality..... I'm home in 2 weeks, so expect more posts then about my views of the show, and maybe a couple of images.
John
Great pics all thanks alot it means heaps to us blokes who "NEVER"get to go to shows, plus where is this figure from the German with the flag?
Jeff, Alan and the other guys,
thanks again for making this Show the best that I've been to. Its not only the soldiers, but the people in our hobby that make it such a joy to be part of.
We finally arrived home on Friday morning 2am after about a 60 hour flight from Paris.... yes we had a L O N G trip with a engine failure over the Alps, another night in Paris, then another in Dubai due to a missed connection, but all of the troops arrived in first class order when unpacked on Saturday.
Yes, I did get some more Alma Figires to paint, this time a Russian gun & Crew, thanks Michel for them and your kind hospitality in Belgium
Another find was the last set of castinig by Tradition of the Band of the 3rd Regt Imperial Guard Grenadiers, Dutch Regiment that have recently been retired. You should have seen me going through the airport scanners and having to explain the metal in my back pack to the security guards, especaily in Dubai at 7am
Anyway, I'm having this week off to recover from jetlag.. so hope to catch up with all the latest on the Forum.
I'll sure to catch you all again at another show.... 12:30 in the bar ????????
