218.5 Whew! I thought that Buffalo Mozzarella might

have done me in!:D Not likely.....it would seem my Italian heritage gives me a

natural pass on pasta & other Italian items. Yum I say!:D

I bet it was the Dunkin Donut breakfast:eek: they do have a killer egg &

cheese sandwhich on a toasted bagel, baked hash rounds and a glass of OJ.

I do recommend it, but I suspect it was the cause of my slight reversal!

Ah......you got me there!:D But the beauty of this diet is if you have a fancy

meal, or tastykake Pie (as I did up in Jersey) as long as its once in awhile its

really no big deal!:D

Tastykake Pies! Man do I love them! Used to be .15 when I was a kid....now

they are $1.29. I can't get them in Georgia, I have only seen them in N.J.

Every trip back to Jersey I travel to this little store in Princeton just for these

little gems! Check out the selection!

I know I have some nerve posting this on this thread:D but you have to

enjoy yourself every now and then!

PS......Wife made me take a picture of other goodies......I only eat the pies!:D

NJ.....and don't see any in my future before the next trip!:D

I'm finally down another pound to 209.:)

.........................................................

Thanks Vick......the wife takes a lot of pride in what comes out of the kitchen.......its like spending your day with a chef!:D

Today in between dabbling in the market.....and fine dining:D I got to change
out a ceiling fan! At 5:30AM we heard a terrific noise and discovered the ceiling fan in the dining room had fallen 18' and crashed into the table! What a mess! The cast iron bracket holding up the fan and light broke in half causing the situation. Table was undamaged, ceiling fan.....a total loss along with table centerpiece!

Now I don't like heights.....but I had to put a step ladder on top of the table and climb up almost to the top to accomplish this task! Ceiling is slanted and over two stories high. Project was finished without a hitch.....new fan is
much lighter with No Light!:eek::)

Never a dull moment!:p

217.5lbs again.......must have been all the talk about tastykakes!

It is lucky you weren't sat at the table John :eek::eek: and personally for me I would have skipped the repair job and just had the sandwich :D :D

You guys are 100% correct......but I am wacky and just have to fix stuff as

soon as possible! I did concede to have a service come squirl proof the

house when we had a problem last fall.....my roof is 40' off the ground!

Sandwhich was delicious! Tomorrow night is dinner out at the new Italian

place we just found......more Buffalo Mozzarella.:D

216.5! But tough going....not like last week!

Yesterday we had a fierce thunder storm which blew down two trees and a

ton of branches......so I cheated and cut them up and hauled them back into

the woods before I weighted in! Hey 216.5 it is!:D

Of course tonight I am taking the wife out to the new Italian place again....

looking forward to the Mozzarella sampler:eek: so who know what tomorrow

will bring! I do have one more hugh tree to dispose of.....so I should be ok!:D

216! Slow and Steady! Even after that great Italian

dinner last night!:D Back again tomorrow as I take the wife to lunch on

Saturdays! A nice excuse to take the SSR out!:D

216! Oh well it would seem the teens are going to be Slooow going!
