Actually IC Light, much better. I agree, original Iron City is pretty tough on the insides...... Well, my 6 year old is a heckuva barometer, here is what he tells me...."I have a bad feeling the Packers are going to win..(2 secs later) ya know Dad, I think we will pull it out in the end". I just laughed, before the end of the game I just hope he isn't asking me to order a "cheesehead".

I'm going with the Packers in a close one. Maybe 27-20. My only goal is not to watch any of the pregame, halftime or postgame.

You mean you're not going to watch the 19 hour pregame show? Where is your football spirit? And the postgame stuff? The shots from the podium, the MVP holds up the trophy, the owner and coach hug, the "WE DID IT!!" stuff, the confetti, the shot of the "player who goes into the stands, kisses his wife, grabs his two year old, puts him on his shoulders and says Daddy won the Super Bowl!!".........and lets not forget Pam Oliver interviewing the losing coach outside the locker room "I am proud of my team, we came a long way this year, a great bunch of guys".......

AND, come on man, Fergie at halftime; you is crazy if you don't watch that, I'd put my hat on sideways get down wiff her................
 
If the Pats were raising the trophy tonight, we couldn't peel you away from that tv ^&grin

you are not kidding. I do feel slightly better, we have a chance, but we need to play good defense, no penalties on offense (that is what put us in bad situations). Good game so far, just not sure as i said if we have enough left in the tank for this one. I hope. Man my little guy is really upset, I am actually calm. It is just a good game, ebbs and flows. We just look a little flat on defense and Rodgers is making us pay.

Oh well, one more half to go!

Those turnovers are a killer right now. Different game without 'em.

OHHHHHHHHHHHH.... This is a good game. 28-25 GB with 7+ minutes to go. One of the better SB's, so far. -- Al
 
Anything more than a FG for GB is a killer for the Steelers.

Congratulations to Green Bay. They went out and took the game away from Pittsburgh. Forced the TO's and hit the passes when they needed to. Was a good game.:salute:: -- Al
 
Close game, but not well played by either team. And another slippery artifical turf like the BCS game. Lots of guys injured. A real disgrace that they have to play on that stuff. Rodgers throws a rocket. His receivers must need the old ice packs after that game.
 
Hats off to the Packers. As much as I wish the Steelers would have done things differently, I will not take anyway anything from the Pack. They wanted it more at the end, we just came up oh so short, but that's the way it goes. As I am trying to explain to a heartbroken bawling 6 yr old:(:(. He is so upset, I just told him it is one of life's lessons, it too shall pass.

At the end of the day, thankful I had a team to root for tonight. I thought I would be a lot more upset than this, still sucks, but they will be back!

Agree completely. All those injuries were due to the turf. So much about caring for your employees.
 
You always feel bad for the kids when your team loses. Hope he feels better soon Tom.
