N.F.L. 21-22 Season (8 Viewers)

That came to me from someone who saw it on a Patriots forum; fans are fans, if they were in the stands trash talking, that's their right, they pay the money to be there, I've got no problems with fans talking trash, you win the game, you get to talk trash.

Apparently Jones is a bigtime trash talker and the Ravens did not like it, so they mocked him when he got hurt as payback.

A guy who's been in the league for less than 1.5 years has no business talking trash to anyone anywhere at any time, period.

If it's Tom Brady, that's a different story.

If they were mocking him because he was trash talking, you get what you give; that said, I still don't like it, these guys on average have short careers, one hit and that's all she wrote.

Curran is the same guy who said Belichick loves Lamar Jackson.

LOVES him.

The Patriots have 50 million of cap space coming off the books next year.

And Jackson is a free agent.

Just sayin.

Man would that be sweet; I'd buy season tickets the day it happens.

Well I still have seen nothing on Ravens players celebrating Jones injury, as far as fan forums you know they tend to be a bit biased .. all of them!! ...again the game was a good one, back and forth, big plays, scoring etc...I like Jones, he's that nerdy White guy that tries to dance, put on a cool move but gets more laughs then anything!! But he's a solid QB, and think he's got a good future there in NE, hopefully his injury isn't long term....we've known each other for 15 plus years and no dust up or difference of opinion in Sports changes a friendship. You got that right. Truly a scumbag organization. They’re the only team with a statue of a murderer outside their stadium.

Voted 4th best organization by the rest of the NFL owners..Kraft #1 in NE, ...but keep that hate up if it works for you Jr.

Injuries are a real killer in a 17-game schedule. Many coaches won't even let the backup QB on the field in garbage time. I don't understand the thinking when the risk of injury is so high and your backup needs some snaps to stay sharp. But NFL coaches are loath to put the backup in the game. I don't think the Rams backup took a snap all of last season. If the starter goes down, most teams are doomed.

As you will note in my comments, I never said one thing about Bischotti being a jerk! Without going into way too much detail on a public forum and personal notes, Bischotti is a first class guy and has said many times he has tried to emulate the Rooneys.

My point was more about Harbaugh and what goes on with him. I truly believe the only reason he still has the job is because honestly, there is no one better available. The owner and him have an odd relationship here. Look Harbaugh is a competitor, no doubt, but compare his press conferences to Mike Tomlin when they are losses. Humility is usually not a word I use to describe Harbaugh. I appreciate people who take the responsibility in all scenarios as they are leaders in my book. I guess in all fairness I can't beat on Harbaugh all the time, but man, it is not like it is a limited incident over the years.

My comment on Ray is just the facts. I think he was one of the greatest linebackers on the field since Singletary and Lambert before, but he really did the wrong thing during that whole mess by just not telling the truth from the beginning. If (and I believe it is factual) what he finally admitted too at the end of that ordeal was true, then why just not tell the truth immediately?

I guess we differ with Harbaugh, I find him genuine and very competitive, as all coaches there are things we don't like but I'm glad he's signed for a few more years, and I agree with you on Ray, he should have told what he knew from the get go and saved him a bunch of accusations and tainted his career in the NFL.

Football is a brutal game. Tua might be finished. Can't imagine the damage to the brain from all these hits. The owners should be ashamed of a 17-game schedule. There won't be any starting QBs left by the end of season much less an entire career.

I think I'm done with the NFL; that kid has ZERO business being on the field last night, what a vicious hit, slammed to the turf by his head, Thursday night football is beyond idiotic to begin with, this makes it 10 times worse.

Greed has no bounds, 17 game schedule is a joke and yes, these guys are going to be dropping like flies.

I'll stick with high school and college football.

I'll casually follow the NFL, but for the most part, I'm out.

If the Ravens can learn to play 4 quarters of football they might have a decent season...ifs and buts don't win games though.

Harbaugh has to learn to take the points late in the game. Not kicking the FG on 4th down was STUPID. It's basic football 101, you take the points. -- Al

I like Harbaugh but if I hear the words Analytics once more I'm gonna scream..how about common sense?? I thought after last years losses on going for 2 point conversation, 4th down attempts and losing he'd wise up but the Dolphin game proved me wrong and Today was icing on the cake....Raven fan pages are about as mad as I seen, 2 games that could and should have been won to end up losing...season getting short quickly.

Sammy:

What got me was when he said that he wanted to score a TD because he trusted his defense, then why not trust them with a 3 point lead?

That was an embarrassing loss by the Rams. The Niners again played them like it was the Super Bowl. SF plays their best games of the season against LA every year. Stafford was awful. The O-line was awful. The running game was awful. The refs were beyond awful. It was the Goff years all over again. Wagner did get one tackle. Unfortunately, it was against a loon who ran on the field. He will probably sue. Robinson is a complete non-factor. A real mess.

It's humorous that the live TV broadcast did not cover the lunatic who ran on the field, but it is top story from the game from every media outlet. At least it is a distraction from the embarrassing beatdown the Rams took last night. Jimmy G. plays like Joe Montana against the Rams. It's unreal. McVay can't figure out how to counter the Niners physical play. The same game plan that results in no run game, an overmatched O-line, Stafford stand in the pocket and getting hit all night long. It took a miracle for the Rams to win that NFC Championship game last year. The Niners were one dropped INT away from winning the Super Bowl. They did a huge favor for the Rams in beating Dallas and Green Bay in the playoffs, though. No way the Rams go into Green Bay and win in January.

Here you go; not as good as when Mike Curtis lit up some hamsauced imbecile who ran onto the field at the old dump the Colts used to play at...................

That loon filed a police report against Wagner. Of course, no one ever goes to jail in SF. So there's nothing to worry about even if guilty.

Well, at least that idiot was alive to file the report. If he had been hit by Mike Curtis, the only thing he would be doing is pushing up daisies. -- Al

What a great move it's proving by King Pete and the Seachickens to pretend like they wanted to keep Russell Wilson and then dealing him while he still had trade value. The Broncos were duped big time. That's a trade you make only in win now mode. The Broncos are in lose now mode.

Someone named Bailey Zappe may start at QB for the Pats this week. That's a long way from Tom Brady. If the Zap attack goes down, they may call on George to go in.

Bailey Zappe...that's Frank's son right...Dweezil's twin brother?

actually Bailey played last week and did a pretty decent job...
I watched that game...
gave Green Bay all they could handle going into OT...

Oh how the mighty have fallen.

When an empire goes into the ****ter, it ain't pretty.

Just ask the Romans.

Or Belichick.

1-4 here they come.
