N.F.L. 24-25 Season (1 Viewer)

Unreal and embarrassing video of the Bears CB Stevenson standing in the end zone with his back turned to the game taunting the crowd just as the Deadskins snap the ball. He then turns around in time to see the Hail Mary catch that ends the game. His coach should suspend that guy.
 
The NFL product absolutely sucks. I am watching Green Bay and Detroit and just saw a Detroit Lion ejected for a hit. And not by the officials on the field but by NY HQ. Upon replay, definitely not warranted. Yes a penalty, but an ejection, No. These games stink. I really don't care what the Steelers do other than long time fan, the rest of this league games, waste of my time. Crap product, can't wait for February.

Going into week 10 the NFL has never been less competitive and worse, more predictable:

Of the 8 divisions 4 of them only have 1 team over .500:

There are 9 teams with only 2 wins.
 
Ok, going to caveat my earlier post somewhat, 1 game doesn't make a big difference in my feelings, but to be fair, I watched last night's Chiefs Bucs game. It was entertaining and while I am not a Chiefs fan per se, I do like Mahomes, he is just that good. Baker was game too, but Mahomes is in a class of his own.

It really is a ****ty product; were it not for gambling, I wonder where the sport would be popularity wise.

Oh and hey, looks like the Chiefs are going 17-0 and winning their third Super Bowl in a row, how entertaining.

The Chiefs are going to win the Super Bowl.
 
I tried watching a few games this weekend.

What a letdown.

After watching ESPN this past week I was sure I was going to see some of the greatest quarterbacks ever.

Nope.

Texans and Lions had 7 combined interceptions, Vikings and Jags had 5 interceptions, Bills and Colts had 5 interceptions.

And it was not just the interceptions, most if not all the QBs are comically inaccurate.
 
The Deadskins came up short against the Steelers yesterday but I would not want to play them in the playoffs. Daniels is looking like THE guy from the draft. If he stays healthy, he is going to be an impact player.

Steelers blew that game with Interception and then Fumble on the 1. Defense again saved them and Wilson in his defense threw a bullet to Mike Williams for go ahead TD. That is just a Wilson play and looked like Wilson of old. Big game this weekend against the Ravens. Steelers have a game to give, but it would be epic if they win at home and put the Ravens 2 games behind. Fans around here would have a coronary and the Fire Harbaugh chants would grow. Now, if they beat the Steelers, fans around here will be making reservations for the Super Bowl. I know I pick on Baltimore but mother of God, they are the most entitled fan base I have ever seen and I don't know why. They won 2 SB's ever. It is something I just don't understand. My money is on them making the playoffs and the Lamar choke coming in on schedule.

The Rams-Dolphins game is a hot mess. As a Rams fan, I'm embarrassed to watch it. The NFL should be ashamed.
 
Great USC and Rams coach John Robinson passed away. On the upside, he didn't have to watch the Rams and USC teams of this year.
 
The Chief’s wins have all been close but the fact is they are 9-0.

This is not college football, there are no rankings just wins and loses.

Kansas City is going to win the Super Bowl.

Just to say I told ya so, local X is alive with Fire John Harbaugh. Maybe unfair, fact is, Tucker choked on 2 FG's (Pittsburgh is the hardest place to kick) and Lamar Jackson continued his dismal statistics against the Steelers. he is now 1 for 5. Go Steelers.

There were finally some good games this weekend. The Steelers-Ravens game wasn't pretty but a hard fought battle with more punches than the Tyson "fight." The Seachickens pulled one out in SF. The Rams held on against the Pats. Even the Jets had an entertaining game.

I would take him as the next Jets coach in a millisecond.
 
Not a fan of the Cowboys by any measure but they are a prime example of one of the biggest problems in the NFL.

Once you lose your starting QB your team becomes irrelevant.

It's hard to believe they've been irrelevant for about 30 years, but it's true.

Cowboys/Packers/Steelers/Raiders are the gold standards of the NFL, as they go, so goes the NFL.
